Small family run business in a strip mall. Ate here two days running after suffering a pretentious over priced resort breakfast. Good solid breakfast which came cooked to order and arrived quickly. Steady flow of customers which they worked hard and fast to accommodate.

It's steady, fast service. Great staff. Food is cooked to order, timely, and tasty. A true flashback to yesteryear in how the run the diner, the size of the place and the size of the personality. We always make a stop in!!!!!!

Pan fried pancakes like Mom made, I am in! We ate brunch here three times during our vacation. It was PERFECT each time. Food was great from the grits to the chili dog!

Great little hidden place. If you want a fast home style cooked breakfast this is the place. Go before 9AM or you will be waiting for a seat. The place is is small but the food is great will stop back for sure. The owner is there and very friendly. Just start talking college football :) This is a great... More

We stopped in here on the last day of the trip and wish we would have discovered it earlier. The hash browns and biscuits and gravy were amazing. Just a nice little diner to grab some great breakfast. Not much to look at on the inside is the only downside.

Quaint little breakfast joint not far from where I stayed. We needed food, so we wandered in. The sign said "Best Pancakes Ever". Bold statement. The first day, I couldn't eat them because they don't have 100% Maple Syrup. They should. The next day, I purchased a bottle at the neighboring grocery store. I just HAD to try them. It... More

Breakfast was good and simple, and it tasted like how my grandma used to make it - especially the delicious pan-fried bacon. Menu could have been more diverse, but the basics are covered. It's a great stop for a basic southern breakfast for a reasonable price.

I really enjoyed my pancake breakfast! I make my own homemade pancakes and the ones I had here were definately on par with those. Sat at the counter since I was alone and watched the cooks making breakfast. Waitress was very nice. I would eat here again. The reason I gave it a very good is they give you just... More

Southern Coney is an old style diner that serves good breakfast with out the frills. The pancakes are the best and the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich is the best in this area. The place is not very big which leads to some waiting time especially on a Sun morning when church lets out. Best to get there prior to... More

We had to wait about 10 minutes on a table, this small place was packed! Food was good- tasted like something I would've made at home. The two adults working were hard at it, and very courteous; the two teenagers were rude and inattentive. Our toast never came out and we couldn't get their attention to get it, or refills.... More
