Pretty good, not fantastic

Looping for a breakfast place while in hhi we followed the record to southern Coney. Nice family owned dinner. Busy which is a good sign, but the food was good but spectacular. My son loved his biscuits and gravy and my chicken gravy biscuit was just ok.

It's a busy small hole in the wall spot in a strip mall - and boy is it good! The crew here is friendly and hard working, they keep the place moving. The day I went the were pushing corned beef hash. It was delicious, exactly what I was hoping it would be. It was fun to sit at the... More

There is counter service, a couple of tables on the sidewalk and about 7 or tables inside! All of it easy to negotiate. We were there Easter morning around 8:00. We sat at the counter and I am very glad we did. Our drink order was taken as soon as we sat down. The wait staff was efficient, happy to... More

Great food. Wow. I loved the hash browns and I am not a hash brown fan. Kids loved their pancakes. Eggs were great, lots of bread choices. Place is tiny and gets packed quickly. Staff was on top of everything though. Only complaint, and it's minor, is that if you are a hot tea drinker beware, all they serve is... More

Light fluffy pancakes! Kitchen sink biscuit (chicken fillet, bacon, egg, cheese, sausage gravy) was everything yummy all at one time. Small restaurant but worth the wait. Nice and efficient staff. Will definitely return.

This is a breakfast/lunch diner under the guidance of Chef Dina Walker Graduate of the Culinary institute of New York. Her pancakes are the best in the low country, but, I chose the Kitchen Sink. A biscuit smothered with sausage gravy topped with melted cheese, followed by crisp bacon, then a breaded chicken filet with an egg on top and... More

This place bustles in the morning. The banana pancakes were delicious and the coffee was strong the way I like it. Servings are generous. Servers are friendly and smiling. I wish we would've had time to eat there again.

Definitely a locals place! The pancakes are good, they are quick too. The pace gets busy on Saturday mornings, we were a party of 5, used an extra chair for the end. It's small & just good food, skipping the chain restaurants for breakfast.

If I'm in the mood for pancakes, they make the best on the island--crepe-like fluffy rich ones! And if you get there in time on the weekends--you can luck out and try scrumpous Corned Beef Hash, only available on the weekends! Some mornings, their fruity french toast specials is just the ticket. If it sounds like I've been there often,... More

My wife and I visited this breakfast/lunch restaurant on the advice of our hotel desk person. It was so good the first time we visited it again the following day. On the first visit we both had A corned beef hash special with eggs. It was out of this world. On the second second visit I had a special omelet... More
