My wife and I love Larkins. From mother's day to valentine's day to getting together for business, we have never had a bad meal here. The varied menu also helps to keep the experiences new. The steaks are perfect. The shrimp and grits are the best I've had. Can't say enough about this place.

They serve a brunch menu for lunch on Saturdays. We stayed because we liked the view and outdoor seating. The shrimp and grits were good smallish portions. Bellinis were good but the omelet my dad had wasn't very good. Service was good.

We were traveling they Greenville and they selected Larkin's for dinner. It was a very good meal. Started with a beer, red wine and a steak and cheese quesadilla. The appetizer was good - the four of us split it so as to not fill up. My wife and I had the Ceasar salad which was very good (I held... More

Larkins is always a special dinner evening on a Tuesday or Thrusday. I particularly like the bone in filet. It's best rare. I also like the Sunday Bloody Mary Bar. Great place.

I had lunch at Larkin's on the River the other day before my daughters graduation from Furman University. I previously had dinner at Larkin's a couple years ago and found the menu a little to traditional. The lunch menu was more updated and maybe the dinner menu has been as well. The location is great, the service was good and... More

Dinner Reservations made well in advance. Restaurant in historic mill building off Main Street along the north bank of the Reedy River and river walk. Restaurant adjacent to ourdoor musical stage. They offer indoor and outdoor dining on BOTH sides of the building. Naturally a loud punk-rock band was bombarding the area with electronic noise when our party of 8... More

Located on the river in the vibrant downtown Greenville. Although there were a number of functions being hosted by Larkins, we were very pleased with the hospitality and food. Restaurant is located in the middle of all the excitement of Greenville.

Wow. I've just had the worst dinner I've ever had at a fancy restaurant. It was my 67th birthday at Larkins, which has beautiful outdoor dining on the river and where we had eaten well once before. I even wrote a favorable review before on Yelp. I went with my wife, my son and his wife and our granddaughter. First,... More
