Best Fried Green Tomatoes!

I fell in love with Greenville! What a great town. The town is clean, beautiful, animal friendly...so many great places to eat! Soby's was fabulous! The service was exceptional. Sitting outside was lovely (although the wrought iron chairs dragging along the ground is a bit unnerving). Loved... read more

This place was recommended by lots of people we know, I don't know if we came on a bad night or what. Service was slow, waiter took too long to come back. Food was bland and lukewarm. We should have asked to move tables because the loft was hot and humid, it felt like you were sitting outside but there... More

We ate outside with our dog. They were very accommodating and supplied a water bowl. Service was very good, thank you Katherine. Food was just magnificent!

Great staple to downtown Greenville. Cannot go wrong with this restaurant. Consistently delicious even with menu changes. Great spot when attending a show at the Peace Center.

Fun and enjoyable restaurant with very inventive menu. Staffed appropriately for large groups as well as smaller, more initiate couples, this restaurant has a fanatic menu and features meals with a Southern flair that are not the run of the mill food. Don't miss Soby's.

Do not miss this restaurant if you visit Greenville, SC. Then after you eat you can "walk it off" in the beautiful Falls Park on the Reedy. The park and waterfall are beautiful and only a couple of blocks away. I ate the salmon special which was prepared with red flint grits and three color carrots and turnips. The sauce... More

Great food, great service. Very large wine list with interesting reasonably priced glasses, bottles, and 1/2 bottles.

We rented the Loft and had a nice light lunch catered in for our daughters July 10th Bridal Luncheon. The food was great -the venue was awesome. The girls loved having the area of the Loft to get ready in. Katie Cotton and company came in to do the makeup and hair for all the bridesmaids and it was the... More

One of our favorites! When sitting outside, you have a beautiful view of all of the downtown action! Great southern food with a sophisticated twist! Wonderful wines. Try the crab cakes!

Very good food, and the service was attentive and friendly but not overbearing. I would recommend Soby's for occasions, or for a casual gathering where you want everything to be just right. I really appreciated the offering of a Southern vegetable plate on the menu. Even thought I am not a vegetarian, I love seasonal produce done right, and this... More
