It's all about the beer ...eclectic draught menu - a few locals with many "imported" from out of state. Food is OK ... after all, it's all about the beer. Nice little sidewalk terrace where you can watch the local pickups drive by and pretend you're out of South Carolina (where sidewalk terraces with beer are kind of rare)

The beer selection is excellent. The menu is somewhat limited, but is veggie friendly. Waitstaff was attentive. Our meal was ruined by a family who allowed a small child to run around the restaurant "playing" a harmonica as loudly as possible. We couldn't get out fast enough - would've loved to stay for awhile.

The food is always spot on. Sometimes you have to wait a while and occasionally the service is not good but most of the time the service and food are fantastic. This is a great local spot where you are sure to have a great time and meal!

We sampled Barley's twice over Labor Day weekend. The first visit was upstairs for fine beer (really fine) and games (shuffleboard, foosball). The next visit was downstairs for sports television and a completely different set of beers. The bartender was knowledgeable but a man of few words otherwise.

Stopped in for lunch after a hike at Paris Mt. First thing were greeted by is an unsmiling waiter who informs us that there is a staff meeting and they will be clearing the restaurant at 2:45pm for it. No problem we have time. Service was prompt, tap selection extensive. I felt for him as he had to cover the... More

We had a group of 28 there this weekend. Staff did a nice job of seating us quickly and getting the order in and food out pretty quick. We primarily ordered the pizza along with a few sandwiches and salads. The pizza was hot and really good. The specialty pizza's are a little pricey but worth it. The group agreed... More

Went there with my wife and two young kids. The bad - The sad thing was that my daughter's slice of cheese pizza was the best thing any of us ate, and even that wasn't very good. The pull pork sandwich was not to my liking at all. I tried the summer sampler. A suggestion would be to list/know the... More

Great selection of both tap and bottled beers, and the servers are very knowledgable about the brews. Had the Aloha pizza the other night. Great crust, but the pie could have used the advertised sauce (there appeared to be little or none) and the advertised ham (of which there was very little). Plenty of pineapple and jalapeños, though. Next time... More

Wife and I stopped in for a ZA. It was during the World Cup so it got a little loud in there. but to be expected. The whole place is wood ( floors, tables, bar, doors,etc...) this adds to the loudness. Service was very good. Excellent craft beer selection and a good pizza that you can design yourself, although we... More

Great restaurant downtown, must do especially if you love to try unusual beer. Food is great and a good place for watching sports.
