Great gastropub find in Greenville

Went to Sobe but found out they were not open for lunch. Nose Dive (same owners evidently) recommended was recommended to us. My wife and I split the deviled eggs appetizer which was excellent. My wife had the southern salad and I had a chicken sandwich as our entrees. Both were very good. They... read more

Stopped in with the group I was with for a quick bite. Lots of excellent choices with fast and friendly service.

This was not our first trip, but we returned here because the wait on a Friday night at a few other favorites nearby was at least 1.5 hours. Same reaction as in the past. Our server was great - he was attentive, made recommendations, was friendly - all really good. The eating environment is really good. Tables/chairs comfortable with a... More

Visited for a weekday lunch. Had been a few times on weekend for drinks and live music. Always fun. For lunch the pork on Texas toast is really good. Good portion and toast is cooked just right to hold the sandwich together. The fries that come with it are average at best. May try a different side next time. The... More

I have been to this restaurant many times for either brunch or dinner. Never have I been super impressed with my food. Its not bad, but its never been excellent. Service is also so-so. Sometimes we have great service & a few times we have been forgotten.

Husband and I stopped in for the first time during the holidays for a quick lunch. He had a gastro pub burger and I had the chicken salad. His burger was good but very rare (he ordered medium) and my chicken salad was excellent. The service was great and I liked the easy going atmosphere. I see some recent reviews... More

I've had lunch and dinner at Nose Dive and have been underwhelmed both times. The food is ok but there isn't anything on the menu to draw me back. The service is somewhat disinterested and slow. I don't have a specific complaint or criticism about Nose Dive but I think it suffers by comparison. There are so many great places... More

Was told an hour wait, walked around downtown for an hour and still took another 15 min even thought there were several open tables. Sat down ordered drinks and appetizer. Now this is the only reason that they get 2 stars, Pork Nachos were awesome but then we waited another 50 minutes for our meal. I dont blame the waitress,... More

Usually lunch here is a good salad or soup for me. Caesar w chicken is good as are most salads here. Today the special, pasta w bolognese & chicken, was undoubtedly the worst dish I've had there. The pasta & bolognese came out cold as if not enough time in a microwave. Chicken tasted like it came through a dishwasher,... More

I frequented Nose Dive throughout the year and the food is always consistent and delicious and they have a varied menu that caters to all tastes! The lobster rolls are especially good as well as the fish and chips. The bartender is familiar with more drinks than other restaurants and makes a good drink. The staff is cordial, helpful, and...
