Delicious food, great service!

We stopped in for lunch with our family. The grilled cheese was awesome. I also highly recommend the corn chowder. It was delicious! There is no kids menu, but they have pizza etc for kids.

This is a fun restaurant right along the Reedy River. We sat outside and had a wonderful lunch. The food was great, the drinks were good, the prices were reasonable and the wait staff was fantastic! Not sure about the night life there but for lunch it was great!

I've wanted to try the place for a long time, so my son and I went for a downtown dinner Saturday night. Despite a few things we felt were wrong, we enjoyed the food at this establishment. The first annoyance was that I made the reservation well in advance, and asked for a table near the window when we arrived.... More

I ate at the Lazy Goat on a couple of occasions while in the Greenville area, and really enjoyed the food. The menu was really inventive, and the meals were excellent. The servings were quite large, so go hungry, as you will need the space!

Stopped in for a drink before meeting friends at their hotel. Had the Roasted brussel sprouts appetizer. Absolutely fantastic!! Will go back for a full meal the next time we are there, for sure!

After eating fried foods all week on a work trip through the South, it was so refreshing to eat non-fried, tasty, unique food. Love the flavors. Had the hummus, which was delicious, and the grilled shrimp plate. Delicious!

Did lunch during the week here with the hubby. He got the hummus appetizer which was very tasty. I got the soup of the day and the Moroccan chicken salad wrap. The ingredients were fresh and complimented each other well. Service was faster than I expected.

My wife and I and some friends were at The Lazy Goat with reservations and someone gave our table to someone else. Well we weren't happy, but one of the managers Jeff came along and made every right. This is the kind of restaurant Lazy Goat is. They go out of there way to make sure you're happy. It turned... More

My friend and I enjoyed a memorable dinner here, outside overlooking the river and bandstand.. I had the best tile fish ever, and she said the same about her chicken. Gracious service, not too rushed. My grandson is in medical school nearby so I hope to have an opportunity to enjoy this restaurant again. A real gem in SC!!

The Lazy Goat is attached to the Hampton Inn on the waterway that runs thru downtown Greenville. Nice atmosphere while sitting outside. The service was so so. This could change with personnel. Our gentleman seemed to want to be somewhere else. Not unfriendly just did not add to the experience. Had mostly apps. Ordered meat and cheese. Good call. Nice... More
