was eating late and maybe the reason for the bad service which was really bad, had to wait to place order and was almost the only about 10% full place. I think the staff got off early. the meat and cheese tray was very good and enjoyed the small plates

Had the Lazy Paella- spicy (as it should be) and abundant. The meat/cheese appetizer was wonderful. We were seated at a table overlooking the river. Beautiful view but the room became noisy as the night wore on.

The Lazy Goat was one of the tastiest meals I ate during a recent trip to the US. All the dishes were delicious with interesting flavour combinations. I particularly liked the sprouts, but the goats cheese salad was excellent too. Just a word for Europeans though, the portions are about double the size you'd expect! We shared 4 between 2,... More

We were taken here for thanksgiving day and it was a buffet with traditional food and some tasty surprises. Had reservations and were seated immediately and a lovely view of the Reedy River and all the duck families having a fun time. The food was exceptional and presentation beautiful. This restaurant has 2 floors and is one of any in... More

Arrived to our hotel late, this was right across the street, so we gave it a try. I liked the idea that you can order small portions and share, which allows you to try different items on the menu. Will definitely eat there again if I find myself in the area.

The snapper special was absolutely phenomenal! And this is coming from a Florida fisherman! The location is beautiful with a really nice view. My server Chelsey was very pleasant and made sure I had everything I needed without being overbearing with her presence. I would definitely recommend and also return. I had a very nice lunch experience. The only thing... More

We found this delightful mediterranean restaurant during a recent vacation to Greenville. Having eaten at multiple mediterranean restaurants across the country, this was one of my favorites. The Harissa spiced hummus, served with warm pita and veggies was delightful and gobbled up by 2 and 4 yr. old daughters. I also tried the grilled garlic paprika shrimp which was excellent.... More

This is our 7th visit to the Lazy Goat -- and we've enjoyed everyone of them including last years Thanksgiving dinner. But this years Thanksgiving dinner obviously was their "Crash and Burn" special. We were seated upstairs with a great view .. everything after that was a joke. For starters, we had no silverware, no napkins and nothing to drink... More

The food is always consistently good. Believe it or not the Brussel Sprouts are exceptional! Nice patio overlooking the Reedy River. Make reservations for dinner. $$$ for dinner $$ for lunch.

I've had lunch here twice and enjoy their interesting versions of food. Their Cuban is excellent. The pizzas different. Grilled cheese unlike any other. Last time my shrimp dish wasn't as warm as it should be, but it was very good. The view, looking at the Peace Center from across the river and watching people below on the Swamp Rabbit... More
