The Lazy Goat is a Mediterranean-themed restaurant with a menu featuring global influences from Spain, Morocco, Italy, France, Greece, Africa and the Middle East and a relaxed atmosphere where taking the time to "linger and share" is encouraged. The diverse menu was created to accommodate a variety of diner preferences with meat & cheese plates, small plates to “graze and nibble,” and main dishes. Great place with river view

We had a great dinner here. Unusual name, but quite yummy. We enjoyed several different things and highly recommend it.

When we first began visiting the Lazy Goat (over 5 years now), the service was so impressive, the food delicious, and the restaurant was a fresh new take on the downtown area. This past weekend, we walked in on a Saturday night without a reservation - and asked if we could have dinner. They had an event on the top... More

Had an early reservation for 4 people, 6 PM, prior to an 8 PM concert. Place was empty at that hour. We made it clear to the waitress that we wanted to enjoy our drinks and conversation before ordering food. She kept coming back over and over to see if we were ready to order - perhaps because she had... More

This is a nice restaurant over looking the River. We hand drink with our friends in the afternoon and returned later for a lite dinner. The tapis menus was very good and had good meat and cheese choices. The pizza was also very good. Service was very good

Always good food, but for some reason the service was extremely slow. We mentioned it to our server and the incorrect dinner that was served was taken off the bill. The server, or manager, should have acknowledged that we they were aware of the issue and that we were not forgotten-that would have helped make us feel better

Excellent food and service in a great location. We sat outside on the patio and could hear the concert on the other side of the river which made it a special experience. Service was friendly and our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. Would definitely go again!!!

This was my second visit to the Lazy Goat and could not have been more different than my prior visit. This time I was alone, sat at the bar, ordered a drink and an appetizer, and then a glass of wine and a paella entree. After 45 minutes and no entree, the barmaid told me my entree "Would be right... My wife got the pallea and I got the duck pizza and we split an appetizer and salad. I love that they offer entrees and small plates. Great variety of ethnic flavors and wonderful location.

Dined with a friend. At first they couldn't find our reservation - said it was a 40 min wait. But in the end we waited 10 minutes and had a great table outside. Staff were very attentive. However, due to lack of uniforms or aprons I kept thinking they friends of my friend stopping to say hello. We ate grilled... More
