Still a very good place to eat!

Have eaten here numerous times in past years when passing through Georgetown and have written rave reviews here on TripAdvisor and other sites in the past. The buffet food always looks like it has been sitting all day. The pans are crusted over on some things like potatoes, gravy, etc. the salad is always limp and brown. If you order off the menu, it takes forever to get it. Not happy with their service nor food at all.

We'd stayed close to this place all week and finally decided to stop for breakfast the morning we were leaving. It was ok but not anything special. Service was fantastic and locals do seem to like it as cars were always in their lot. We decided to have the buffet which was quicker so we'd get on the road faster.... More

A group of nine of us wanted a place that had good food and we were a little short on time. George's was perfect for us. The buffet was good and we didn't have to wait to be served. The service is great and friendly. So if you're hungry and get tired of paying Front Street prices, try Georges.

Diner atmosphere. There is nothing commendable or interesting. Breakfast was cheap and edible. Corn beef hash was straight out of the can. Bacon was not freshly cooked .Non smoking. Bench at front door for those inclined

The buffet was ok. the star of the show was the coconut cake on the dessert table. Had a good selection of items but the service wasn't very good.

I've had the breakfast buffet here numerous times. I can't make it a habit due to the weight I'd gain but I look forward to coming back. Seems everything you could order on the menu is available on the buffet. French toast was very good. Service was a little slow but they tried hard due to the crowd. Well worth... More

Did not like too much smoke and food was not good. I prefer the Ball & Que Restaurant a few feet down street. No smoking restaurant. Good food at a good price and good service. I will go to Ball and Que whenever I visit this area again.
