Dinner with a view

I have dined at Gulfstream a handful of times and always enjoy myself. Do yourself a favor and sit on near the windows and go close to sunset - they have one of the best views on the beach. Crab cakes are some of the best I have ever had. If you go early, they have a great early bird... read more

I've eaten here for dinner a few times but this place has the most amazing brunch. You really can't beat the view and the mimosas. Brunch is set up like a buffett but you can order other breakfast items off of the menu as well. Morgan is the best server!

We booked a private party for my wife;s birthday with 30 people. We were going to be charged for bringing a cake. The manager did not approve of the cake and we were told to leave or the [police would be called. After being int he service industry over 30 years, I have never been treated so rudely. It is... Hi Al, I'm sorry to hear about your experience, and hope you understand there is always a reason. We are a family dining restaurant and the adult birthday cake was not appropriate. We didn't want to offend our other diners' and in keeping with our own high standards, just needed it to be removed. Thank you for considering us for... More

There was a time when this place was awesome! But we had a negative experience a few years ago and waited to go back. We went back a year later and it was worse. This time we waited several years and it hasn't changed much. The food was just OK and the service the same. The hostess stand is where... More

This is a picturesque restaurant with a wonderful view of Murrells Inlet. Located on the southern end of Wacamaw Drive, they have an "early bird" menu from 4:30 with some excellent choices from just under $13 for most choices, including tea, coffee, beverage and a side salad. When at the beach, have seafood! The shrimp, oysters and scallops were prepared... More

We were so disappointed tonight when we planned a Girls Oyster Dinner out tonight. We were told that the only place they would serve the AYCE Oysters was outside on the open deck!!! Plus they only serve them 6-8 pm! It was windy, chilly and drizzling outside - not the kind of weather to be sitting on an open deck.... More

Hi Chris, I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to enjoy our Oyster Roast. They are a bi-annual event that are very lively, weather permitting, on the sundeck from 6-8pm. No changes from the past years. Hope you and your friends will join us soon! More

Myself and one of my best friends stayed in Garden City and decided to venture out to grab a bite to eat. We saw this place and pulled in.....parking is a little tight, but we managed to park my big ole Tahoe with no problem. Upon entering, we were greeted by a very pleasant hostess who gave us a "beeper"... More

Loved the Sunday brunch. Gave me a chance to try some seafood dishes without have to get a large portion. Fabulous service and food! Everyone should definitely dine here. So glad we tried this family-oriented cafe.....nautical decorations and right on the marshland....wonderful views. Will dine here again!!

We found another favorite restaurant to go to whenever in the Myrtle Beach area! Someone had told us about it, while lounging on the beach one day. We went for their Early Bird Special, and were not disappointed at all! Portion sizes and prices were right on. So many places, you pay so much money and can't eat half of... More
