Had dinner there last night and it was absolutely wonderful. The restaurant is very quaint and the view is remarkable. Watching the sunset over the marsh is truly spectacular. Our waiter, Anthony, was very friendly and provided great service.

Go early! They have an early dining menu where you get a beverage, salad, entree and a loaf of crusty bread for under $15.00 Lots of choices and everything is well prepared. Service is attentive and helpful. Fantastic view but the atmosphere overall is nothing special. Highly recommend the place.

We have been to the Gulfstream Cafe twice so far and will definitely be returning again soon. View of the inlet is beautiful, service is wonderful and attentive and food is very good. We have been there for the early bird specials and Sunday brunch. In both cases, our food was very good-- love the hush puppies, the she crab... More

My friend and I went to Sunday brunch. First time there. The marsh view is beautiful and the restaurant embraces that with large beautiful windows, white table clothes and a rustic look. The Sunday brunch was very good. All the expected buffet items for breakfast and quite a few great choices for more a lunch. Bloody Mary bar, too. Full... More

We were lucky enough to learn about this wonderful place from some locals we stopped and chatted with. Our hotel concierge had never even heard of it - some kind of hidden, local gem I'm sure! Maybe they don't want too many tourists to know about it. We were told to make sure we go at sundown to watch the... More

We had friends tell us to try this place and we were very happy they did. We went for the early seating menu. Early seating dinners come with a coffee, tea or soda. We ordered the fried seafood and it was very good. The batter is light and very tasty. The salads were wonderful and the salad dressings are homemade... More

We made reservations for 6 pm and enjoyed a romantic and relaxing New Year's Eve dinner. I highly recommend eating on the early side before things get crazy. We had excellent service and the filet and NY Strip Steak were both cooked to order and so generous in size, we both had enough left over for another dinner. Our appetizers... More

Been here many times and dinner is always good. Hubby loves the grouper while I usually get the shrimp. We tried the New Orleans shrimp and grit appetizer tonight - pretty good. Appears to be a favorite with locals and they have some decent early bird deals. Great view and if you sit upstairs you can see the Atlantic on... More

We were very happy to find the fried seafood was amazingly light, not heavily battered and very fresh. We ate shrimp, oysters, flounder and scallops. The hushpuppies could have been dessert while the desserts were to die for. It's probably better to have a reservation in the busy season but we called ahead and had no problem getting seated. The... You get great views from the restaurant and upstairs bar area. They offer a great early bird menu which is offered from 4-5:30.
