Great Southern Seafood!

Great souther fried seafood! Kids under 3 eat free! The catfish filet and baby shrimp are the best you might find anywhere!

Did the salt and pepper flounder. Size of order was just right for me. I did the small plate. I would recommend... More

So, the reviews on this place seem good, but I think you need to approach this place cautiously. We went tonight and I didn't want to get anything fried so I ordered the broiled flounder. Came out and even looked odd. Edges were crusty and too hard to eat and the rest of it was mushy and incredibly tasteless. One... More

Wow! Generous portions, fresh seafood, fried perfectly. Service was friendly, efficient and attentive. Prices are excellent. I was in the area on business and went with a couple of co-workers. We arrived earlier than our usual dinner time (about 5:30) and the place was already packed. By the time we left there were mobs of people waiting to get in.... More

First of all, if you've looked at the Captain Steve's website you might think that this location has beer and wine, because it's currently splashed all over the front of that site. Unfortunately, it does not. That is another location, even though it is linked to this one. Also, this place is loud. Not normal bar loud, but way too... More

The staff is friendly, prices are cheap, and the service is fast everytime! Oh, the portions are very generous! It reminds me of Something Fishy in Wilmington, NC.

our church bus of 53 arrived at 3:00pm and were shown in and seated immediately. My fried oysters were perfect. The onion rings and and cole slaw was delicious. The hushpuppies were slightly sweet (to my liking) and the sweet ice tea was definitely southern made. A dozen large fried oysters and all the trimmings for $11.95! Great family atmosphere.... More
