So, It was the first time I had been since they have redone the restaurant. I was highly impressed with the new renovations and so ecstatic that the food was as good as I remembered it. The hushpuppies were amazing, I am pretty sure I ate my weight in them. I decided on the pick two entrée, so my choices... More

We are somewhat new to the area and heard great things about Captain Steve's but I can't say we have been impressed. The hush puppies are great, but the fish was just average. On the two occasions we dined there we had broiled fish (different kinds each time) so maybe broiled is just not their specialty. Atmosphere - noisy and... More

Seafood take outs are wonderfully prepared and relatively inexpensive. I always order take outs but the parking lt is always full of cars and there are nights where people are in line waiting to enter.

Good everything! One of my very favorite places! Just so you know, the place is very noisey on weekends! 😃

Cap't. Steve's is the place when you want fish. Large portions and good service, Prices are reasonable and it's big draw for families on the weekends. The hush puppies are awesome, but don't eat many or you will spoil enjoying your the entree. Big fat shrimp, fried clams galore!! More bang for your buck, and enough to take home!! Enjoy!!

Just visiting in the area on business. Heard about Steve's and decided to give it a try. I am glad that I did. It was a real treat. Just had to try the Steve's Fisherman Platter. I am a big eater but it was too much even for me. Flounder, Baby Shrimp, Jumbo Shrimp, Oysters and hush puppies. I opted... More

Be advised, plates are 'heaping' with more than one person can eat. Never had a bad visit. By far, Charlottes Best fishcamp in town. For Charlotte,,that's saying a lot!!!! You get your money's worth. Great, friendly staff. Super atmosphere! Try to go at least 1 time a month!

Captain Steve's in Fort Mill, SC has the freshest and best seafood in this area. The servings are large and very reasonably priced. The wait staff are very friendly and attentive to their tables. When you drive up and see the parking lot full of cars don't be discouraged that there is no table available, this restaurant can service large... More

We are huge fans of Captain Steve's! It is by far the best seafood restaurant around for miles and miles! We are fortunate to live just a few miles from Captain Steve's and go on a regular basis, but we have met many people who drive quite a distance to come! On Fridays and the weekends, it is very common... More
