Taco Boy was a moderately-priced restaurant surrounded by many more expensive options. We started with the appetizer trio (guacamole was not great, but the queso was good) and then had a selection of tacos. Word to the wise, their hot sauce is EXTREMELY hot.

Couldn't wait to get back Folly Beach for Taco Boy. Very disappointed in the quality. Nachos were small and soggy, tacos lacked toppings and fish didn't taste fresh. Good price on tap beer. Recommend Surf Bar for fish tacos.

Ended up at Folly Beach needing soem food. Several people suggested Taco Boy and said it did have a funny name that we would remember. The wait was short and the food was great. The margaritas were very good. It was close to the beach.

We arrived in Folly Beach on Cinco de Mayo and found the Taco Boy. The food was very good and the place was festive with those celebrating Cinco de Mayo. I had a Baja taco and my wife had a regular taco with the trio chips. All were very good and the service was great!
