Great breakfast spot

We came here with 2 other couples in December. We were NOT disappointed! The food was incredible! It's a very laid back establishment; we were able to sit and enjoy the company, food and atmosphere. The next time we are in the area the Lost Dog Cafe will be on the top of our "to do" list!

This shabby chic establishment is such fun. Very interesting menu. Folly Benedict : two poached eggs each over a crab cake and a shrimp cake, grilled fresh asparagus and generous helping of fresh fruit. I say I'll try something different but can't do it. Breakfast burritos look devine. Screwdrivers are a generous pour of sprits. If you don't like dogs,... More

Took a trip to Folly Beach today from the Charleston City Marina, where we are staying for the winter. The beach was wonderful (sunny, 60+) but after exploring all morning we were looking to grab a meal. Consulted TA and, as always, we were sent in the right direction. The Lost Dog Cafe is wonderful. It's much more than a... More

It had been a year or so since we had stayed at Folly Beach for one of our weekend "Staycations". We had a lot of fun even if we did pick the "Save The Light" half-marathon weekend. The Lost Dog was part of our plan from the beginning. It is boisterous, parking can be interesting, there may be dogs, or... More

My husband and I have enjoyed a late Saturday morning brunch with our daughter in late January and again this Saturday. Both times the beverages and food have been top notch. On the first visit we enjoyed the specialty Bloody Mary while waiting on our table. They are tasty; definitely not made with a bottled mix. Topped with a skewer... More

The Lost Dog Cafe is a safe haven for both dog-lovers and vegetarians (Not to worry, carnivores, plenty for you guys!). The Thai Wraps are not to be missed, and the we wish all Black Bean Burritos were as good as the Lost Dog's! Cute decor, too. We'll be back!

I've been lucky enough to eat here on 3 different occasions over the past 7 years and each time the service was amazing. The employees are helpful, nice and really seem to be genuinely happy. Still the Lost Dog Cafe holds one of my top 5 choices for burgers.

Fast, friendly, delicious. Good portions at reasonable prices. The quiche of the day was wonderful. We'll be back!

My friends talk about this place all the time and I finally got a chance to visit today. I love the atmosphere with the pictures on the wall and cozy feeling you get from being there with your friends. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly. I'd come back again to try something different from... More

The meal was a simple breakfast sandwich, and for my wife some hash browns and an everything bagel. But it is really the waitstaff and the ambiance of this place. I love it. Always opt for the mimosa. They have different ones, but the servers make you a normal one just fine and it is all you need with breakfast... More
