Cute little joint

Mom and I came for a quick little getaway. Mom had the smoked salmon sandwich and I had the shrimp and grits. The salmon was tender and not over cooked, the bacon was a little over powering but overall a great sandwich. My shrimp and grits was on point. The low country knows how to do grits and... read more

The food is good but surprisingly not a lot of seafood selections. The Burgers are fantastic and the location is fantastic. Right across the street from the pier and the patio is comfortable and quit enough to hear the ocean when cars aren't going by. All in all if it wasn't for the location this would just be a regular... More

Decided to hit Folly for Memorial Day weekend, I know it was stupid and I should have known better, but it was family so what are you supposed to do? Anyway we meandered into Ritas, been here a few times in the past but this time it just seemed to be a step above the others. Kaitlin was our waitress... More

Cute little place right across from the beach. It is probably a great little bar or appetizer place but breakfast was not awesome. The breakfast potatoes were the frozen kind and the crab cakes Benedict were watery, sausage cold. And it was expensive! The coffee was good though and the service was great. We really did have a kind and... More

Went here for dinner with a party of 9. Customer service was good and we were able to get a reservation for a party that big. Atmosphere felt a little bit like a chain restaurant and the menu was good but seemed limited overall. The food ordered was good and would probably be family friendly. I wouldn't go out of... More

Had a wonderful brunch, server was really great. The brunch drinks were simply amazing, server suggested the drinks for us to try and we were amazed at how good they were

Rita's is as solid as it comes. The food is phenominal, and if you don't order the Blackened Tuna Nachos, you have missed out on an essential of life! Awesome food at a great price!! Enough said.

Stopped for dinner one night after we decided we didn't want to wait for a table at the Crab Shack. The atmosphere at Rita's fits the island ambiance. There is a great outdoor seating area and the vibe is fun. BUT the food was very average at best. We ordered the nachos since many had recommended them. But ours were... More

We ate here this past Friday on a quick trip to Charleston. We unknowingly visited over graduation weekend so everywhere we went was packed full. We did have to wait 30 minutes but that was about average for the surrounding restaurants. They took a phone number and texted us when the table was ready so we didn't have to wait... More

We stopped in on a Sunday morning for brunch around 10:45 and were seated immediately. Service was good and the location is wonderful as it is across the street from the Tides Hotel and the Folly Beach Pier. Food was ok, but nothing special. I had high hopes for the "Captain Crunch" French Toast but the flavor was lacking. I... More
