First time here. The Red Rooster is a great beer. Stay away from the ham and cheese. All bread. 3 thin sheets of ham. Very disappointed. The wings were some of the best I have ever had.

Stopped here prior to going to the hotel on a stopover on our way to Florida. Moderate crowd for a Friday, the night after Christmas. The place has a wide open floor in the restaurant area and a good sized bar area. We ordered a couple beers for the parents, a lemonade for one of the kids, naked wings, pork... More

We were visiting relatives and friends in Florence and stopped for lunch at Southern Hops. In addition to their own beer, Southern Hops offered a good selection of draft brews from multiple breweries. There were seven in our party and the waiter was prompt in taking our order and in keeping our glasses full. I didn't drink the house beer... More

We found this place through a Google search, set it in the GPS, and headed there for lunch on our way to Savannah. What a treat! They have sweet, friendly, fast service, great assortment of craft beer and awesome food. We had naked wings, Buffalo chicken soup and BLT made with jalapeño bacon. Definitely a keeper on our travels. You... More

In town for a meeting and gave it a try with some coworkers. Very cool atmosphere. Local brewery that you can see the inner workers right there behind the bar. Drank the local brewers ever and it was awesome. Food was delicious. Order the pasta salad as a side...couldn't get enough of it. Best part about the experience was the... More

Great food along with a good selection of beers. None of there food is fried so everything they have has good flavor and pretty good for you. They have a good selection of TVs in the bar area to watch sports also. If you would like to sit outside they have a nice beer garden along with a front patio.

One of the best phillies I've had south of the Mason Dixon. The dipping sauce while complete blasphemy was good too.

I go to SH once a week for Think & Drink Trivia with Joel &..the other guy. I also used to go for lunch with coworkers...but stopped eating there. I've tried their wings & chips (okay, bar food, and fine for what it is), roast chicken sandwich with seasonal fruit sides (dry chicken, dry bread, no condiments, and the seasonal... More

Definitely a local's spot - food is good but not great. Service was friendly and unrushed. Have happy hour specials which our waiter did not tell us about. The sweet potato chips were served in a "PC" bag, but some of the other sides were home made. By the time we left the place was just about at capacity.
