A Find By Any Measures....

I was in Florence on a biz trip and seeking an alternative to the chain restaurant drill, I found Stefano's on TA. Arriving there, it's not much on looks, sitting in a strip shopping center but initial appearances can be deceiving. Stefano's started out strictly as a pizza/sub takeout operation and... read more

I stopped in Stefano's while driving through South Carolina. The waitress was very courteous. We ordered the "New York" pizza. Unfortunately, there was nothing New York about the pizza. It was slightly better than a $6.99 Frozen Store bought pie. The fried ravioli appetizer was tasty and they had decent fries. You may have better luck with an entree.

We have been going to this restaurant for 15 years and it has always been consistently good. The last two visits were disappointing. The food wasn't up to the usual standards. We'll take a break for a month or two and try it again.

Found on Trip Advisor on our way up 95. Had a very nice meal and great service. We would definitely stop again on our way through South Carolina.

We love going to Stefanos for the salads and grinders. My husband loves the chef's salad and I love the Antipasto salad. The salad dressings are great! Only downside is the restaurant could use a remodel, but we go for the food, not the way the place looks.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Florence. Great subs, huge salads, large portions. Good prices!

We were traveling on North I-95 and decided to look for a late-evening dinner in Florence. Found Stefano's in Trip Advisor and read the great reviews, which were all confirmed when we drove the 7 miles off I-95 and enjoyed the excellent Italian cuisine. We shared veal parmigiana and mozzarella sticks and had leftovers!

Stefano's is possibly the best Italian restaurant in Florence. I was greeted and promptly seated. The bread was fresh from the oven. I was supplied with oil and seasonings for dipping the bread. The oils and spices complimented the bread. My house salad was served the house dressing. No ordinary lettuce in this salad, just the best in leafy vegetables.... More

Great dinner. We had the grouper, pizza, and spaghetti. All were good. Good atmosphere and service as well.
