My wife and I celebrated our 43rd anniversary here last night. We had reservations so we were seated right away. The assistance waiter came to our right away, introduces himself and never came back. The wine was very good as was the soups. The salad was super (shared) and came very timely. The waiter came back several time to tell... More

I am very sorry that we let you and your wife down while you were celebrating such an important occasion. Our goal is to provide excellent food and beverage service to all of our guests. To be completely honest, we had several issues that night, but the staff and I are rededicating ourselves to ensuring these kind of experiences do... More

Very well decorated and nice atmosphere inside. This is especially surprising after the outside area around it. The area is definitely going through gentrification and isn't there yet. The waitress was very nice. Service was good, not as attentive as I expect for fine dining. The food was good. My fish was a little dry but the sauce and accompaniments... More

We stopped in florence just as an overnight during our 95 travels. Had read the reviews and menu for Victors Bistro and decided to check it out.....sooooo glad we did. We split the crab and fried green tomato salad which was Fantastic. Then had the cioppino and French quarter, both were excellent! Rounded out the meal by splitting the banana... More

Ate in the meeting areas with a group and participating in our annual Board of Directors Retreat. The Filet Mignon I had for our Friday night dinner was one of the best I have ever had in any restaurant. I had been to the old location and expected a good meal, but wow!

The four of us dined at Victor's on a Friday night. Reservations had been made so we were seated at our booth right away. To keep it short, the food we had was delicious; bacon wrapped scallops for our appetizers, salads, steaks, salmon filet, truffled smashed potatoes, etc. Dessert was fantastic: Banana Praline Cheesecake, and very large servings at that.... While on a road trip south to Savannah, we were so pleased to have found Victor's Bistro on Trip Advisor. We needed a quick meal, especially since we were further off the highway than planned, but would have loved to have stayed and savored all of it. The Caesar salad was not only a beautiful presentation, but delicious and nice... More

This restaurant came highly recommended. The interior was nicely done. It is in a historic hotel that has been restored. The food quality was okay. I had a steak with asparagus. The asparagus should have been in season, but was too thick. The service was okay but we were near the kitchen and someone was rolling silverware right near our... More

I have been to Victor's before and this is the first time I wasn't completely delighted. I had the She Crab soup which is very rich and quite wonderful, and then the Mozzarella Fried Chicken. It's basically augratin potatoes with a piece of chicken on top, surrounded by creamed corn. Each of those individually might have been okay, but while... More

While returning to FL, we sought out Hotel Florence and especially Victor's due to TA reviews. Hotel is terrific, Victor's still has challenges.Mangement needs a little tweaking and with minimum effort, can make it to the next level.Bar service and quality of drinks and value is excellent, just a little shy on size of wine-by-the-glass pour. Both bartenders and Maitre d'... I would like to personally apologize for the less than perfect experience you had recently. You are correct, and there are opportunity areas that we are addressing. There should have been better communication on our part, and for this I am sorry. However, I know, if given the opportunity, we would regain your confidence. If and when you feel comfortable... More
