The food was amazing and the staff were super nice. I loved the fact that we had many different waiters help us. It was one big family effort to take care of us. Try Margie's pies. She makes amazing ones as well as cookies.!!!

Good food, But it is hard to screw up pancakes. The prices are ok, but this is vacation dining, so EVERYWHERE on the island is overpriced. Compared to the other places, this pricing was about average for Edisto but still too high. The service so so. These people only have a couple of months out of the year of peak... More

Several of us went to breakfast there this week. Real good food and good price. Try the omelettes or the French toast we had both. Have a 5 egg omelette for those that are real hungry. Service some of the best we had on the island They are open at 7:00 during the week not sure on the weekend.

Had breakfast here while on vacation. The grits were some of the best I've ever had. The country ham, not so much, it was too salty.

You won't wait too terribly long to get a seat at this "hum-drum" looking place. While waiting you can visit one of the two? gift shops that are on site since the host will walk over to the shop to call your party's name. Or you can pass the time while playing the old-fashioned 'Ring and hook' game. Customers seem... More

Ate at several restaurants on the island and by far this is the very best. A great combination of comfortable setting, gracious charming staff ,great food and all at a price that will astound you considering the quantity and quality of the food

While I usually head to the Sea Cow for a wonderful breakfast, I went for dinner with friends and the food was excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

Although there was a wait, it was definitely worth it! We had a party of 8 and were all satisfied when we left. We ordered an array of foods from fish to burgers and everything was wonderful. The fries were great along with the fried shrimp. It is small but that adds to the charm. I will be returning next... More

There is always a long wait at the Sea Cow. But it is worth the wait if you are hungry. The server LARGE portions and the grits they serve are a local blend that are absolutely wonderful. It's a busy place but the wait staff seem to do a good job of keeping up with you and keeping your coffee... More

A must for breakfast. Small dining room + great word of mouth = long wait. Who cares your on vacation. Several local shops within feet of the restaurant. Kid friendly. Prices aren't outrageous for beach town. Kids got a short stack each. The pancakes are so big they can definitely share. Go for one order. My wife loved the omelette... More
