Pavilion has closed. It has been replaced by Finn's Island Grille. Currently (off season) it is open Tues-Sat, dinner only. We did not eat at the new restaurant but it looks very nice from the outside.

The food was good, but expensive. The atmostphere was not all that great, but was on the ocean, with a view from a deck. Not the best place ever, but OK

rubber crap legs, salty drinking water, rust every where, poor service. Great View but so horrible its not worth it to go there. I think it needs to become a breakfast place for sunrise view meals. till then don't waste your money

It seems to me so meny things close early in Edisto, the restaurant was closed 5:30? So we just helped our selves, and went from the bar, that had 2 pool tables, 5 video games, and football on 2 tv's, nice but no food. To the over look at the back and got some great pictures. So if you want... More

I saw the ratings and thought it might be good. We arrived during the dinner hour and they were not busy. We walked in and we seated ourselves. Never got a menu. We waited for 5 minutes and never were served or helped. Walked out . We thought it would be nice being on the beach but I guess they... More

Recently under new management or so we discovered, my husband and I just sort of happened into dining here and I have to admit we were a little skeptical but we were quickly wowed by the service as well as the food...it was absolutely delicious, we had the seafood of course fresh and seasoned to perfection

Lunch was awful. Poorly, or not at all trained waitress, sloppy, slow, food was mediocre at best. She dropped the ketchup bottle on the floor, picked it up and brought it on to our table. The iced tea was soured. Several tables of customers came in, waited to be acknowledged, and left before ordering. Beware is all I can offer... More

My sister and I had the most wonderful crab pattie sandwich we have EVER had. The sandwich was so good we asked for the cook to come out so we could personally thank him for it. It had no filler just crab and veggies. It was cooked the Gullah way. Later in the week we went back to have dinner... More

My wife and I were visiting Edisto Island a couple of weeks ago with friends for vacation and we stopped at the Pavillion our first night to have dinner. Right from the moment I walked in the door we had a fantastic experience. The view was perfect, the ambiance was great, and the service was excellent. Our waitress (I think... More
