I love the fried pickle chips and the atmosphere here is just so cool and chill. Grab a bucket of beers for a great price too.

Basically a screened in porch with a kitchen. We both got Mahi (fish) tacos. One taco barely had any fish and the other was loaded with big chunks of while mahi. We also ordered the homemade chips. They were pretty bland, no salt but also not greasy. So I give the food an average. The service was pretty decent since... More

My husband, 8 year old son, & I ate here for dinner tonight. It is a great little beach shack. The burgers were huge and juicy, and the onion rings were fantastic. Service was friendly but a little slow; but what else should you expect from a Beach shack on "Edislow" island. Wish they had sodas from a fountain instead... More

I had the pimento cheese burger and it was awesome. I will definitely return to this place! The service was good and the food was reasonably priced.

Small open air or screened porch restaurant near the beach at Edisto Island, SC. There were 8 of us, but only had to wait about 10 minutes at prime lunch time. Waitress took care of drink orders fairly quickly, followed by our meal order. Drinks arrived, really icy cold, which was good with the temps around 90 and the humidity... More

There are very few places to eat on Edisto Island so I did a bit of research before I went. The reviews for this place were mostly positive and it did not disappoint. The place is small and fills up quickly so you should eat early or late if you don't want to wait. The crab cakes were excellent as... More

Ate here with my wife, children and grandchildren. Informal dining, screened porch and deck. Good quality burgers, homemade chips, fish and chips and outstanding onion rings - really. Our check for the 6 adults and three kids was $125. 20% tip was added which wasn't made immediately clear. Not too bad. Nobody drank alcohol though.

Food is average. There is much better to be had on the island for sure. Service was good and friendly. Prices are a bit high for the quality of the food.

We ate here on a recommendation of a friend. There are very few restaurants on the island so don't expect a big selection. Menus are easy to read but selection of food is what you'd expect from a non-commercialized vacation spot. My younger daughter got buffaloed chicken tenders and fries. How can you mess that up? Oldest daughter got the... More

Not many places are open on Edisto on Monday's, so was very happy to have found this place. The food was yummy & a super good price. It is an all open air restaurant, so be sure I dress accordingly. But well worth the wait!!
