Been there quite a few times, i've never been disappointed. All the burgers are south carolina themed. Fripp island is my personal favorite

The food is great and the burgers are not your average burger. They will accommodate for the less adventurous customer with their order but for the wait for a table, you might as well try one to order. You won't regret it.

We stopped by Pawley's after a trip to Myrtle Beach with the recommendation of two local college kids. We placed a to go order so we could hit the road quickly. The service was a little slow but not too bad. This is not your average low cost college burger place since the average hamburger was in the $9 to... More

Stop here after going on a tour of USC. Got the Hot and Spicy hamburger. Burger was good and the Onion rings , and sweet potato fries are also very good. If you are looking for a good Burger spot. I would stop by here. Crawfish appetizers are also good.

I saw this on DDD. I liked what I saw, so when I was in town, I thought I would give it a try. It's a typical restaurant/sports bar atmosphere with same old/same old menu. The burgers are their specialty and they are supposed to be 8-oz. I thought my Isle of Palms burger was a few ounces short of... More

The wait was way too long. The beer is very good. The burger and fries were good. The onion rings were outstanding.

Overall I am giving them three stars simply because they comped the entire meal for four people. That's the good part. The bade part is that every dish we ordered was either burned, cold, or soggy. The service was very slow even though they were not full. It took 45 minutes after we ordered to get our food. The onion... More

Went to Pawley's for lunch and it is well worth the visit. The beer is cold and there is a nice selection of pub style food. The chicken caesar salad was one of the best. The service and staff was quite good as well as everyone was very friendly. I would recommend anyone who is visiting Columbia and down at... More

Waited long to order, drinks wrong twice. Food late and cold. Waitress not friendly. Wont go back. Plus, the area was pretty crappy. Dont waste your time. Ive been to 7 of the ddd places and this was the most disappointing by far!
