The atmosphere is excellent. It is a very quaint neighborhood deli. There is a deli counter and there is take out available as well. They now offer full service while dining in. I am glad they have taken the initiative of doing this. It makes for easier dining. No more standing in line to order your food. This ensures better... More

We went there for lunch with only a couple of hours notice and they were very accommodating for a party of 10. The food was fresh. The service was great. The Pimento Cheese Spread would make any southerner smile. Highly recommended for comfort food, traditional southern, and really good deli type sandwiches.

This has been a great deli sandwich spot for years. The prosciutto or rosemary ham paninis are always good. Definitely go in for the chips and pimento cheese if you have time. Serves wine and beer if you're not headed back to work or are having a special event.

Looking for a place to meet up with friends on our way through Columbia, I selected this well-rated place for Sunday Brunch. My high expectations were not met. The restaurant is easy to find from the interstate and has great parking. It is attractive for a deli and the service was friendly and prompt. So why the disappointment? Perhaps I... More

That and a bowl of their tomato bisque was like comfort food for grown ups. So yummy! My husband had the sailor sandwich, with knock wurst, pastrami,... More

I consider myself a bit of a pimento cheese connoisseur, and Di Prato's is still my favorite. They let you sample their homemade cheese and pita chips as well. It's a casual deli atmosphere which is great for lunch. I've never had anything there I didn't like. The brunch is fantastic, but it can get a bit crowded on the... More

Di Prato's is an excellent place to go for brunch. There is a lot of selections on the menu for brunch along with their deli menu. My wife and I shared the French Toast Monte Cristo and it was delicious. The kids enjoyed the chocolate chip pancakes. It was an extremely busy Sunday morning but the staff does an amazing... More

The pita chips with pimento cheese are perfection! You have got to try these!! The service is also excellent. However, everything else is your typical deli cuisine and very over priced.
