went with friends for an early Octoberfest meal. had a really nice schnitzel and German potato salad. this is a relaxed family business with friendly people. Be sure to take cash....no plastic at this place. People all say the deserts are very good but I did not save room on this trip.

Taken here by my son who is stationed here in the military. The restaurant is in what appears to be an old, reclaimed motel. It is a Mom and Pop operation where the mom is an authentic German, accent and all. she appears to be the primary waitress and manager. I'm not sure who does the actual cooking. The food... More

I read through the other reviews, but decided that I love German food so much I would try anyways. I'm glad I went! The food was great. I lived in Germany for many years and this is the real deal. What to expect: -amazing food -slow service. This is how places should be. Don't stuff the food in your mouth... More

We have been living in SC for a year and just decided to finally see what's out there, and we found this place. The atmosphere is mom & pop. Pleasant services and a personal table visit by the owner was a friendly touch. My wife loved her Reuben sandwich and I absolutely loved my Jager schnitzel. We will definitely eat... More

Bottom line: The food is excellent and the people friendly. Do not come here if you are in a hurry. A family run place with several generations working here. They do not take reservations, so get there early or take your chances. We waited outside for an hour to get seated. My wife had the double decker which was to... More

The Jaegerschnitzel was fabulous, as well as the bratwursts that she has shipped in from Nuremburg. The mushroom gravy on the schnitzel was flavorful and aromatic, and also tasted great over the spaetzle served as a side dish. I ordered a side of their Red Cabbage and it was one of the best that I've ever eaten. Julia served us... More

We have been to Juia's several times and we are never disappointed. It's always wonderful! The desserts are some of the best I've had anywhere! Go on Tuesday or Wednesday if you want dessert... she sells out by the end of the week. She makes ALL the desserts. We went for a Wednesday dinner and she had already sold out... More

We have had wiener (veal) schnitzel in Koblenz, Germany and this restaurant serves the best ever (no exaggeration). We started with a cup of goulash served over spetzel (tiny dumplings). We had the white cheese sauce for the schnitzel and it was fantastic. Julia and Jerry greet customers warmly and create a wonderful atmosphere. The meal ended with a moist... More
