One of my favorite restaurants anywhere--Miyo's has superb food and great service. The menu is extensive, yet every dish is fresh and elegantly presented. The owner is a native of Shanghai, so the dishes tend to be from Southern and Eastern China. They had a VERY large menu (they basically handed you two menus!) covering everything from Chinese to Japanese to Thai. There may have actually been too many options on the menu. After discovering Miyo's a few years ago, it is now difficult to not go there at least once a week. I now have so many favorites to choose from on the menu! The sushi is very good and fresh. I will not eat at 98% of chinese restaraunts. Miyo's is one of my favorite places to eat period. You can taste the quality in the food and you can tell that the individuals preparing the food care about what they are doing. We were tourists in town and decided to try some sushi while out shopping. We found Miyos due to their winning a "Best of Columbia" award from the local newspaper.
