Comfortable atmosphere, great service, good food. I had terriyaki salmon that was perfectly prepared. The glaze and the rest of the meal met expectations, but was not exceptional. Spot on for the price, though. Would dine there again.

My company did a dinner for about 20 there last month. Great experience. They have a great building that is separate from main restaurant out back. The staff that was waiting on is was awesome and very helpful with any needs. The food was great. Everyone loved it and the desserts also! About the only negative is parking can get... More

I am not a seafood lover but ate there with a group of friends. Steaks were available but were pricey (around $28.00). No hamburgers here, either. It would be a nice spot for a romantic dinner out on the town, but not a family friendly atmosphere. I chose a simple salad and added chicken. That was a reasonable option for... More

It is a cute restaurant in downtown Columbia, very clean and the waitress was nice. The food was disappointing since I had heard great things about it. One dish had too much tomatoes it seamed like that was all I ordered instead of the seafood that's supposed to come with it. The she crab soup was good but everything else... More

Loved walking through the city to get to this restaurant. As soon as I saw it was in a train station I thought it would be touristy and I was right. The decor is dated and musty ... matched the food. We had the soup and then a steak. Both were "Blah" at best. The steak was insanely thin and... More

all 7 ordered something different!....most very pleased with steaks, fish, salads.....used to the she-crab soup in Charleston...didn't care for Blue Marlin's (watery, tasteless, not very "clammy"....service efficient and friendly.

One of the finest easting establishments in Columbia, located in the heart of the Vista. Known for their seafood, but also very good for steaks. Must try is their shrimp and grits, a great southern dish. If you go a prime eating time, reservations are recomended.

Had the shrimp and grits. Not sure how it gets such good reviews - the shrimp were tiny and few. The shrimp tasted like frozen shrimp that had been boiled for way too long. Also tried the firecracker Shrimp. It was just ok, but I expected better. It was a plate of fried shrimp with peppers sliced on top and... More

My husband and I went there for dinner. It was really loud. Our waitress was a real air head, bless her heart. She did an ok job. We ordered blackened red snapper for dinner. The fish was burned black on the outside, which was the skin, and we peel that off anyway, but it did not make it look very... More

Wow. Very strong specialty drinks. Great food. Started with shrimp and grits appy and grouper special, both delish. Lovely wife went with oyster and shrimp special. Yum. We even had dessert. Nice wine list. Great service.
