Wife's 56th birthday

Everything was perfect. Our hostess Sarah was the best. She attended to our every need. I called ahead and they made a wonderful triple chocolate flourless cake for my wife. We had the lobster bisque and the lump crab and scallop appetizer. It was delicious. For the main course we had the signature... read more

On a recent Saturday night 4 of us dined at Ristorante Divino. Most of what we had was OK, not outstanding. One entree, the cioppino, which I have had many times before, was almost inedible. The fish pieces in it must have been microwaved, because they were as hard as a rubber eraser. I pointed this out to the waiter... More

Had pizza and cheese cake on the taste of Columbia tour. My wife and I wanted to like this place, for we really miss a traditional Italian eatery. I hat to say this is not it, Pizza tasted like frozen dough and poor ingredients on top. Cheesecake was a like a cheap jello mix, no crumb bottom Not Italian, giveaway... More

I have to say I have been to many Italian restaurants, but this one by far was the most impressive, for the layout of the restaurant to the service of the staff, will differently recommend this to my friends and family.

Booked a private room for a dinner party last week. We had a great time. The scallops and shrimp were perfectly prepared. The service was fast and attentive. I especially was pleased over the wine list and prices. This will be my go to entertainment spot in Columbia.

Outstanding meal, service and ambiance. Got more than I expected from this unassuming venue. Everything I had was freshly made from scratch ingredients. Plus it's next door to my favorite hotel, the new Hyatt Place.

My niece and I ate at Divino last night. Everything was good. The restaurant looks nice and the people were very friendly and helpful. The wine list was interesting and had good wines by the glass at reasonable prices, at least for someone from Atlanta. I had a nice ripasso from northern Italy. We started with a cheese plate and... I have dined at this restaurant on several occasions. The service has been top notch on each visit. The wait staff takes that extra step to go into great detail with descriptions of the specials and the everyday menu. The wait staff makes suggestions and are very knowledge in the products they are serving. We have always been greeted and... More

My husband and I had the most wonderful dinner here, our waitress, Sarah was very kind and attentive and we even had a visit from one of the owners, our meals were beautifully presented and full of flavor! I am so looking forward to our next visit!

Just returned from one of the best dining experiences in Columbia SC. I had the duck appetizer and also the stuffed peppers, both amazing. The entries we chose were the rack of lamb and the pork osso buco, both specials for the evening. Both were generous portions and cooked to perfection. The staff from front to back were more than...
