The appetizers were good: crispy pork belly to die for...flat bread was delicious and prosciutto ham platter was very good...then, The entrees were average because the Rest is not really italian, it is an americanized version of Italian dishes.Having been to Italy and traveled extensevely I can testify what a real Italian dish is. Net, you will have a good... More

Even though it was on the July 4th holiday weekend, the service and the food was great. We made a reservation, and were seated immediately. Drink order taken, and then we had time to peruse the menu, having a hard time deciding, as there were so many things that sounded wonderful We decided on mussels and a blueberry salad to... More

I had wondered where this crispy flounder that shows up in all the Columbia restaurant photos was served and once I learned it was here, I made a reservation. Upon being greeted by manager/owner/? I felt like he was disappointed by who we weren't. The waitress behaved and spoke to us all evening as if she were a Harvard professor... More

I have been to Garibaldi's twice in the past year. The atmosphere is nice and the menu has a good selection. Service is good. The problem is that the portions are super small and I find the actual taste to be good, but not great. For the price, I think there are better options in Columbia.

When someone asks for a recommendation for a local restaurant, this is a perennial favorite for a big night out. The ambiance, the food, the service are all top-rate. Always excellent. And the crispy fried flounder is definitely the way to go!

I have been in Columbia for 3 weeks of work project so far I have tried out most of the high rating restaurants in Vista and Five Points - I have to say this is my top number one surpass the Motor Supply Co and Ristorante Divinio - they were my No1 and 2 until now - the Seafood Stew... More

This was our first visit. The hype and reputation this restaurant has made me want to try it out. Not impressive. Me and my husband walked in and stood at the door for a few minutes while employees walked right passed us with not so much as a "hello" or "welcome to garibaldi's"! Off to an awkward start. Then the... More

Despite the dated pastel colored walls and somewhat gaudy decor, this restaurant offers amazing food, great service and a wonderful wine selection. I have enjoyed meals at table service and at the bar. This is a great place for family, romantic dining, or a business meal. I bring my out of town visitors here

My husband, 17 year-old daughter and I had a very enjoyable meal and a lovely time. Our waitress was great!

Let me start by saying I do not like to write negative reviews. The restaurant has to be really bad for me to do this and unfortunately our experience was simply awful. Sunday night with only about seven tables seated and dinner took over 75 minutes to come out of the kitchen. Nothing was coming out of that place. When... More
