We sat down and the new ambiance was great. It went down from there. We had to ask for water 4 times and had get up to get it. It took over an hour for salads to come out which were never bussed. Then dinner was served (cold and not to specification) with only a knife and spoon for utensils.... More

Adam, I'm so sorry you had an unsatisfying experience at Nonnah's. Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to my attention. I can assure you that, as a small local business owner, every diners experience is important to me. The service you described does not even come close to the standards we have set for our business over... More

We have visited Nonnah's several times for dessert only. The desserts are decent, but the price is outrageous and the service is sub par. If I am going to pay $9 for 1 dessert, I would like someone to greet me when I walk in, show me to a table and give me a smile from time to time, especially... More

I love this place! The dessert and coffee is outstanding. Staff gets behind on busy nights. I have never had a dessert I didn't love and could eat indefinitely. The tableside desserts are quite a treat as well.

Went here with a group of 4. We all got a different dessert and we all enjoyed them. I got the apple pie. The only issue was the extremely slow service. The desserts are already made and we could see our orders sitting out ready for us. We had to awkwardly sit there for 10 minutes before the server brought... More

This locale for desserts, coffee, spirits and other after dinner favorites is always a charming spot to share some dessert with friends. The cakes and tarts are really the show pieces of the place, and the presentations please those who forget the calories and indulge. The staff is attentive and friendly as many are young college/university students who are always... More

My friends took me here dessert. Pretty pricey $8.60 fora slice of cake. The cake was 4-5 layers high but the slice was very thin. The waitress said mine was coconut cake with coconut cream filling. Yes it had cream filling but was not coconut. We paid $5.00 for a regular cafe mocha. So for 3 of us the bill... More

Last night we decided to swing by and get cake to go. We've done this several times. First, they got our order wrong which was disappointing to discover when we got home. They replaced our red velvet with an extreme chocolate that we found inedible. Second, the cake was dry. We've never had that experience at Nonnah's. We noticed they... More

My husband bought two gift cards here, one for me and one as a gift. He had to pay the face value of the gift card ($30) and then he had to pay the tax upfront on that amount. He balked at the idea but was told that is how they do it at their restaurant and when the gift... More

I am really sorry that this happened to you at Nonnah's. It was an honest mistake when you purchased your gift cards. I can assure you that it is not our practice to charge tax when a gift card is sold. It is my understanding that the manager attempted to rectify the situation by providing you an additioanl gift card.... More

Although I ate only the cheesecake after a theatre performance I will definitely return to try their other offerings especially some more of the delectable desserts! I saw a chocolate concoction that is the thing dreams are made of!

I picked up some food to go so cannot comment on the dining experience. Got the pork chop and mashed potatoes as my entree. At $17, I expected a larger piece of meat than what I got. It was good but not great and very thin. The peach bourbon sauce was disappointing. The mashed potatoes tasted no different than box... More
