Relaxed and great

A hidden gem near Five-points and USC. Unpretentious but the food and atmosphere was perfect. The $22 for a three course meal during the week gives you a well-prepared and delicious meal. Food is mouth-watering and well-presented, service is attentive and friendly, price and atmosphere awesome!

great food for the price…like the three course meal, and usually have specials that are unique…like the opportunity to try different wines by selecting the flights to sample. Like menu with its mixture of game and seafood. good causal eating place..

We circled the area a couple of times before finding Cellar on the Greene. I absolutely loved this place. While we had our USC student son with us, it is NOT your typical college bar. It has a wonderful atmosphere. The entire staff was very friendly. Every food item we ordered was delicious and well worth the price. I am... More

For a cozy bar atmosphere, pleasantly crowded and terrific food and wine/beer selections - perfect place. Extensive beer and wine selections. Really interesting and tasty food. We loved the small plates of olives and another of pickled veggies. The flat bread pizzas were delicious. And the honey, Greek yogurt mousse was the best. We will be back!

We showed up early, and were glad we did. The place is small and filled up quickly. They had 1/2 price wine by the glass and a nice selection of beers. They had 3 course meal specials for $22.00. Apps and main course were good. Had a little bit of trouble finding it. It's on the side of the Claussen... More

We've been here a couple of times and loved it each time. They use local ingredients. The food is amazing and they have a great variety of wine and beer.

Menu very limited. Had four paper-thin slices of tomatoe with a few crumbles of cheese. Price for this appetizer was $9. Delicious but way too pricey!

I was there on college recruiting with my son and also have travelled there when our daughter's LSU Tiger softball team has played in Columbia. Great restaurant and the people were always nice to us. A great place to eat when you want to walk away feeling very good about your feel and the price.

While traveling to Columbia for business, my wife and I visited Cellar on the Greene with some colleagues based on recommendations from TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. The fixed price menu had something for every person in our party at a very reasonable price and the server was extremely friendly and helpful. The wine was so-so but who can... More

Now that our children are older and can look after themselves on Saturday night, we occasionally get a date night. When my husband asks "where do you want to go?" my answer is always "well, you know my favorite place." Cellar on Greene is the perfect date night spot. They always have the ridiculously reasonably priced three course $22 prix... More
