If you are a South Carolina Gamecocks or Clemson Tigers fan, this sports bar is for you. However, if you root for someone else, it's still not bad. They have more than 30 beers which change seasonally. The food is typical bar type food. I had the boneless chicken wings they call "zingers" and they were really good. The Buffalo... More

Wings weren't as they usually are. Server apparently didn't order them correctly. Then we didn't see her anymore. Also some tasted as tho they were left over from another order. The server's that waited on us for the rest of our visit did great, even offered to redo our food order but we declined. Beer is always cold!!!!

I have been to the Carolina Ale House multiple times, but the last time was a disappointment. We ordered the nachos which were little more than some tortilla chips with some nacho cheese on top. Extremely short in the way of toppings. In addition the service was extremely slow. I will certainly return for happy hour and beer, but not... More

There was a little wait on home football game night but that is expected. We ended up sitting on the second floor area. The wait staff was excellent and I thought as busy as it was that there was no way the attentiveness of our server to our needs could be as good as it was. The place was at... More

Have been here several times for a snack or bite to eat with a favorite beverage. A great rendezvous spot to meet up with adult friends. Parking can be challenging at times, but the fun to follow makes it worth it.

Dined here with 8 others attending meetings at a nearby hotel. Service was steady. Food was very good. I ordered a bowl of chili. It could have been temperature-wise hotter. The spices and flavoring were good. Had to ask for crackers. Others at the tables seemed to enjoy their meals. This is a dependable regional chain.

A group of us went to the Ale House later in the evening. we order food and drinks from a rooftop table. The food was good and everyone's drinks were made well, the music was good. Most importantly, Our waitress was great and very patient with the large group of us and we all had a great time!

Have given this place a chance on several different occasions. One visit the service was the worst I have encountered at any restaurant. It seemed like they were understaffed and had someone from the back come out and attempt to be a waiter. Food is average is best. Great location with a lot of potential, just disappointing.

We picked this place because it was close to our hotel. The staff was accommodating. My brother wanted to watch a particular game. They found it and changed the TV so he could watch it. The food was good and came out quickly. The meals were plentiful and moderately priced. We will eat here again!
