We visit this place regularly and are always pleased. Yes, the way you order is not the best (stand in line, often outside), but the food and the service makes up for it! Their pasta is amazing! They have so many options to choose from when it comes to the types (egg, whole wheat, etc). Definitely tastes homemade-closest to the... More

The food and service is great. Fresh pasta and other Italian dishes available. Can get crowded at times. Limited outdoor seating on sidewalk.

I came in here the other night because it is one of the "better" restaurants in Clemson (Clemson has mainly fast food). I was looking forward to eating here, but when I received my entree (lasagna) it was hard as a rock! I couldn't even cut it with a fork! I brought this to the owner's attention and his attitude... Order at the counter immediately inside the front door, then food is brought table-side along with drinks service. Food was almost mediocre, saved only by a crisp and cold salad. Pasta with basil pesto needed seasoning with table salt, pepper and parmesan to elicit detectable flavor. Pasta with diced fresh tomatoes, basil and chicken arrived equally as bland...tomatoes not diced... More

I have been twice, the first trip was ok and enough for me to go back. The second trip, last fall, was terrible. It was during the week at lunch. The roof was leaking and there was a bucket with water dripping into it right next to our table. They were out of 3 of the ravioli choices I wanted.... More

It was very hot outside so pasta didn't seem that appealing, but Brioso has a wonderful variety of salad combinations that were to-die-for! The worst part was having to make up my mind about which one so I'll be back in town in a few days and plan to eat there again to try one of the others! Great hummus... More

You can pretty much make any pasta combo you want here. It's great. Don't even try to find an Olive Garden if you're wanting Italian. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed. Atmosphere is downtownish as it should be, which I enjoyed. And service was exceptional.

My wife, daughter (3 yrs old) and I stopped in because the menu of fresh pasta looked appealing and the restaurant had a fun, energetic vibe. It was a Saturday night and I was pleasantly surprised by the mix of patrons - all ages, all demographics. The staff took a while to seat us, but we were prepared for the... More

Good Italian cuisine allowing your to pair your favorite sauce with your favorite pasta. Order as soon as you enter so the line often extends out the door. Don't be discouraged, wait and you'll be rewarded with fast service and good food. College crowd (and alumni) in a college town so if a quiet meal is on your agenda you... More

Simple, casual but not fast food. This is a somewhat unique dining experience. Casual...but as good of a home made pasta as you will get anywhere. Homemade pasta is far superior to the dried pasta you buy in grocery stores. It is rare to find it in a quick, casual resteraunt. Anyway, the chicken parm was great...but the pasta AND... More
