My wife is always on the hunt for great sushi and we found this place to be very good. The atmosphere isn't much to talk about, but the sushi was fresh and flavorful. We also enjoyed the dumplings and spring rolls that we ordered. Friendly, attentive service. We would definitely return.

We went on a Monday night, so they weren't busy. The hostess took the time to chat us up and give us recommendations on the house specialties. Beautiful presentation and really tasty.

Without a doubt the best sushi in Charleston. I have tried them all and this is the one. If I order to go it is a 20 minute ride where I pass several other sushi restaurants. I do that because it is worth it.

Don,t expect fancy , do expect great sushi with quick friendly service. Off the beaten past, redeveloping area on East Bay, but very nice, beside Rite Aide. Enjoy as we did!

This was not my first time in Shi Ki, but it was the first time that I tried their Sushi Boat For Two. It was Amazing! Their sushi is always so fresh and so well prepared and I was not surprised at all at the high quality of the boat. Get it for 2-3 people and you can sub out... More

Read several good reviews about Shi Ki and am always in search of good sushi, so I thought we'd give it a try. Very glad we did. The sushi supreme was amazing. The rice was delightfully vinagered, the raw fish very fresh and the presentation was lovely. The Aji, spanish mackarel, my favorite, was sublime. The Red Bean ice cream... More

This place was fantastic! We walked in but didn't have to wait. It was nice be able to drive right up to the front door--b/c it's not on the main strip (but not far off). It's a small family owned restaurant, and the husband (chef) and wife (hostess/waitress) were very attentive and happy to talk to us throughout our meal.... More

I knew this restaurant from here during my first time visit at Charleston. It's not a big restaurant but it's very clean and attractive with wonderful sashimi and roll. And their Taiwanese staff lady is very nice and warm hearted!

This restaurant is a bit out of the way of the usual tourist spots in Charleston, but it is well worth the trip. The chef takes pride in making sure all the fish is high quality and the service is exceptional. My personal favorite is the special crunch roll--the combination of asain pear and tempura flakes is delicious! I also... More

Escaping from the madness that is downtown Charleston in summer, we walked about a mile to the little East Bay shopping center to find Shi Ki. We had made a reservation for 7 pm on Saturday night and walked in to find this little restaurant empty, except for the owners. The reviews had been excellent, so we sat down and... More
