Barberitos in Charleston has wonderful Mexican Food with gluten free options. Barberitos is kind of like Mexican fast food, but delicious and fresh. It resembles subway, which enables you to select exactly what you want. Plus the chips are gluten free. There is a salsa bar with both hot and mild salsa. Everything was soooo good. Barberitos is a place... More

Fresh as fresh can be, fast service, and A-mazing salsa. Prices are in the same range as Moes. Chips are included. Will definitely be going back to this or one of the others I have now researched and located.

Posted a previous review about this place some time ago but it's time for an update. I go to Charleston on business about once a month. The food has always been consistently good but I had not been in since spring because the place had become so unkept. Nothing major just chips all over the tables and floor. Had to always... More

Just plain yummy and inexpensive. The tortillas are so light and crisp its like no other and the BIG BURRITO left my belly full... More

We stopped in after Muddy Waters coffee for a quick bite before another meeting. I would have never typically gone otherwise. I was totally surprised at the level of quality of the food. I would eat here again.

...if or when I miss jerk fish taco Fridays due to being out of town. They are literally so delectable that I would want them to be available every day of the week, however, the fact that they are only served on Fridays makes me appreciate them more. At times, they can tend to be more flavorful than usual, but... More

If you want good, inexpensive Mexican food Barberitos is the place. It is on James Island in a strip shopping center. It is very easy to miss, but if you find it you won't be sorry. You walk in, every employee says hi. Go up to the counter and start ordering. The nachos are fantastic, you customize your order any... More

Good Mexican at an affordable price. Limited service without alcoholic drinks. Great for lunch. Try the spicy chicken quessedilla with black beans on the chipotle wrap. Chips and queso a must!
