My family hit Jim 'N Nick's while shopping on King St. It was great food and we were in and out very quickly. The only thing I didn't like is that the cheddar cheese biscuits didn't come with the food, you have to buy them extra.

We saw Jim and Nick's the first night on our arrival in Charlestion., but chose not to go in due to the hour and obvious waiting line outside....We were hungry from our lengthy drive from FL and not willing to wait to eat chose to go to another Carolina favorite restaurant. However, on Fri. the 15th we had already made... More

Dropping my daughter off at CofC, we decided to stop in for a bit to eat. Everyone enjoyed what they ate. The mac and cheese was surprisingly good (very rare that I like mac and cheese at a restaurant), my son loved his chicken po boy sandwich and the pulled pork sandwich was great too. If I am in Charleston... More

Spent a long, hot day visited Cape Romain and downtown Charleston. Toured King Street and hit shop some shops with our kids and everyone got tired, hot and hungry! We got so lucky when we saw the neon pig sign calling our name. This was the ideal place for us! Extremely friendly staff, reasonable prices and BBQ that was out... More

Truly flavorful authentic bbq served with grace and speed by a friendly staff. Nick's Bar B Q was the perfect place to stop for a late lunch on a particularly hot and humid afernoon

I was a little apprehensive about this restaurant because it was very polished and a little corporate and that often happens at the expense of solid BBQ. I was wrong. This place is the real deal. Great BBQ. Should definitely make a visit.

Stumbled onto this place while on Kings St. Family was hungry and we say the neon pig, so we stopped in. My wife got the pulled pork nachos, my older kids got the Burger 1920 and the Hamburger Dave and our little one got the chicken tenders. All were great and the house made chips rocked. Well recommended!

The food was very well prepared, served in a timely manner and our waitress was great. She was very friendly and attentive, even though she was training another waitress. This was our second visit and we will visit again. Oh, by the way they serve the best cheese biscuits ever.

A small chain BBQ joint that is pretty consistent. This visit we had baby back ribs, brisket sandwich, mac & cheese and black eyed peas. Our friend had the pulled pork plate. All were very good with the exception of the brisket. The sandwich had 3 slices of brisket except one slice was very fatty .There BBQ sauces were very... More
