As I don't eat bar-b-que, this was a reach....my husband loved the pulled pork sandwich....I had the brisket chili which was definitely very good- Restaurant is known for their cheese muffins ( you have to order a half dozen.....they are small )- Good place to bring kids....very informal-

We had supper here one night - you line up to place your order and then they bring the food to you once it is ready. This was our first time eating here so we were at a bit of a disadvantage as to what to order and didn't feel we could take too long making a decision as there... More

Jim and Nicks is the ultimate spot for great southern food with an exciting atmosphere and awesome staff. Plus it is in the heart of downtown so you can go shop afterwards or enjoy the nightlife. Great location too.

No offense, but we tend to shy away from a restaurant full of young servers solely based on their probable lack of experience or "this is just a job to get me through school" attitude - but this was far from the case here. In fact, we have a list of people in the hospitality industry who need to come... More

Not a single vegan option on the menu. I had to make do with a baked potato and some sides. Each of the sides had meat in Baked beans with bacon and collard greens had some other mystery meat in it. Not even the potato was good. In fact it was awful. It was too hard and I had a... More

Second time here! BBQ was delicious , the loaded queso dip was a wonderful snack. Kiddo loved their natural cut fries & chicken fingers. Nice, easy set up for ordering food & drinks.

My wife and I had dinner at Jim N Nick's BBQ with another couple on a recent evening prior to attending a play downtown. Now having grown up around Texas BBQ I'm not real impressed with the Carolina style because it's pretty much the same everywhere I've eaten it around here, pulled pork in a mustard or vinegar based sauce,...
