Nice location with good food and great waterfront view. Try to have your hotel Concierge make a reservation or you might not get in. Extremely long lines, with waits of up to two hours the first night we tried. Nasty stares the next night when, with reservations, we walked past the long line and were promptly seated. Not a lot... Definitely the best restaurant experience I have had in Charleston so far. It was recommended by a few friends and I suggested that we try it out as a family. Our server (Blair) was absolutely top-notch and very attentive, making sure to cater to special requests and even a food allergy. I had the shrimp and grits, which were the... More

I love eating lunch at Fleet Landing. The atmosphere is waterfront boardwalk and the food is delicious. Lots of energy in this place and a wonderful view of the Charleston Harbor. Easily accessible and the wait is never very long. Family friendly as well.

The view would have been great, if not for the cruise ship docked out back. Parking lot is very small. Food however was delicious. Shrimp potpie was wonderful. Service was good. We were told our wait would be 30 min. It was actually 15.

This restaurant needs to make sure they don't get too comfortable with a full restaurant because of their view. Some staff members need a serious attitude adjustment. We were told to arrive at 5 because of the size of our party and to call before we left. When we called we were told that "unless all of Charleston shows up... More

Our service was horrible....our waiter looked like we were inconveniencing him by being there. We got our biscuits by looking at other tables and noticing that everyone else got them and we didn't. The food was ok. Nothing special. Definitely not worth the wait or the money. I would have rather gone to Hanks or Gigi's again. Both amazing restaurants.

Would never go back to this restaurant. I did not care for the dish I ordered and I generally enjoy that dish at other restaurants. To be on the safe side I ordered a salad with a balsamic vinaigrette which at this restaurant was actually a thick dressing not what I generally think of when ordering a vinaigrette. Two members... A native recommended Fleet's Landing to us, so we tried it today. Arrived mid afternoon for late lunch, so were able to get in without reservation. Service was good, although slightly slow at times. Food was excellent: BLT Fried Green Tomato Club Sandwich, Crab Cake Sandwich, Rare Flank Steak Salad with goat cheese, balsamic drizzle, sundried tomato dressing, asparagus. We... More

We went one evening during our visit in April. We had been there before on other visits and when we went this time it was packed! The staff is friendly and attentive and the view is great. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Charleston.
