My wife and I made reservations for dinner because last time we were in Charleston we tried to eat here and it was almost a two hour wait. We reserved a table outside with a view of the harbor and it was great! We had the stuffed hushpuppies appetizer which was incredible! My wife had swordfish and I had the... More

We ate here on suggestion from staff on water taxi. Got right in and staff was friendly and they made sure we had everything needed. Drinks and food was brought out timely and everything tasted great.

My wife and I made reservations and stopped in for lunch mid-week. We had a table outside and the weather was nice. Ordered some cocktails, dark and stormy for me and a John Daly for the wife both were delish. Wanted to try the stuffed hushpuppies but our waiter David forgot to put the order in. Other than that had... More

Setting on the water is wonderful. Friendly, helpful service. Crab cakes were very good, but a bit expensive for the portion. She crab soup was just "ok". Flounder platter very good. We would return.

Oh my gosh! I rarely give 5 stars. This is the place. We got there about 4:30. We had reservations at 5:00 pm. They don't start serving dinner until 5, so we sat at the bar & joined in on happy hour. It's from 4 to 7. We did get to see a cruise ship depart. How fun. We were... More

This is my favorite eating spot when coming in for a cruise in Charleston! Love the outdoor seating.... love snacking and having a drink watching the beautiful scenery and smelling the wonderful salt water air. Staff is awesome. Always very attentive ... food is always good! Will keep going back every time I am in town!

Having seen previous reviews we looked forward to stopping in Charleston for lunch and were not disappointed! Service was quick and attentive (always a bonus when you have young children!). Food was amazing! Hush Puppies and she crab soup get big ticks and as for the crab cakes we are still raving about them to this day! Kids flounder well... More

The view is great even from inside the restaurant. I imagine from out on the deck it would be amazing. What I found to be disappointing is that in the city that is famous for She-Crab Soup I was not impressed. There was so much hot spice that it overwhelmed the nuances of flavor that should be experienced. There was... More

The food is good for the price in a very touristy area of Historic Charleston and is good for a quick bite. Although it is constantly busy (we went on Sunday afternoon), they turn tables efficiently without rushing patrons. The building is housed in a former US Navy building, so the décor follows this theme. Most of our food was... More
