This was our fourth visit (retired Brits) and we did not hesitate to go early, stand by the bar and enjoy the chat with whoever was standing near. As usual we me some interesting people. The bar selection and service is good. We always have the fish options and had never been disappointed. If you don't mind a waist stretcher... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Fleet Landing. We ordered the stuffed hushpuppies which were amazing! They are giant with lobster meat on top. My husband and I also ordered the salmon prepared two different ways. We enjoyed the choice of glazes and cooking methods. Our kids enjoyed the views of the river.

Last Friday night we had an awesome meal at the Fleet Landing Restaurant in Charleston. I slowed down on a street near the water and asked two guys on the street for a recommendation on where to eat. They both turned and pointed at this restaurant. It was a plain white building with a crowded parking lot. After parking, we... More

Located in what was once a US Navy hurricane proof 6000 sq. ft. building used as a debarkation point for returning sailors, it provides a glorious view of the Charleston waterfront. The openness of the restaurant adds to the enjoyment of the local seafood fare both fish and shellfish (local oysters typical of Southern waters that were delicious. Our waitress,... More

Homemade food! Tender-crisp vegetables. Well seasoned food. Waited over an hour and glad we stayed to enjoy this quality food. Good prices! You gotta go!!

This was our first trip to Fleet Landing but we will be back. The site is beautiful and easy to walk to from downtown. The food and service were both good. It's a seafood restaurant with a decidedly Southern twist, with sides of collards and grits.

We had a late lunch at Fleet Landing after walking the city. This was a great meal with fresh fish selection. We took some recommendations of the waitress and everyone was pleased with their selection. It is a busy place but right on the water. We had a great day to sit outside. Expect a wait as it is busy... More

This restaurant was recommended by friends and turned out to be the perfect place for us. That day they had Manhattan Clam Chowder which was so tasty and looked so good as it could have been on the cover of Southern Living. I had some scrumptious oysters which had just arrived from Bulls Island and topped that off with two... More

Best ever.... Don't miss these! Lump crab cakes are not too greasy or too rich. Trigger fish is sweet and unique. Worth the wait, will take reservations... Inside and outside dining
