My boyfriend and I went to the Noisy Oyster at the end of June. We'd traveled down to SC from Indiana to visit his son. We went to dinner at the Noisy Oyster on a Saturday night (6/28) - there were 8 in our party. We were told the wait would be 45 minutes. We waited and were finally seated.... More

Open to the outdoors eating, which is fine. The food was good, I have had tastier.Waiter was very nice, helpful, always refilling drinks. Was expecting more food than what I got. My son loved the she-crab and the sandwich. Would go try a different place next time.

My husband and I had wanted to go to another restaurant for dinner but there was a 1 hour and 45 minute wait. So we walked around to find another place and ended up deciding on Noisy Oyster. It was almost full but we were seated right away. There is no air conditioning but we were seated near the windows... More

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I want to first apologize for being out of the daily special, and I will pass that along to management. I would also like to address the Lowcountry Boil. I'm sorry if it fell short of seasoning. We usually hit that one on the head as to not over season... More

The steamer pot was the only reason that our family went to this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The tomato broth that it was served in with its cast iron pot was unique from our experience. This was a brilliant idea because the cast iron's heat retention is superior to just serving it on a platter or bucket. This... More

We had lunch here after touring down town. I got the oysters and two drinks. I loved the oysters! Delicious!! If you are looking for oysters then this is a good selection. The 2 drinks (Jungle Juice & Stawberry Daiquiri) I got was amazing. I could probably get in trouble for having too many :) between the 2, I would... More

My husband and I were killing time around the market area while waiting for our tour to start. I had to eat lunch, I was starving. We popped into the Noisy Oyster and were quickly seated by the window. It was fun to people watch. I ordered the chicken strip platter and husband just went with the calamari for his... More

This place is located right in the main tourist area of Charleston. We usually avoid such places, but we were in a hurry, we had just about over an hour to eat since we were going to Ft Sumtar. The place was about 1/4 full, so we figured it would work for a quick lunch. We ordered as soon as... More
