My friends and I went here for brunch. The food was good---about the best cornbread I have ever eaten. We liked the cheesy grits (very creamy), the farmer's omelette and a nice salad with squash and pine nuts. Servers were friendly but sometimes slow. Only real complaint was that no one ever came around to refill our coffee.

Instead of one large table, we were seated at one of several tables for 6. I preferred that so I could speak with more people. The audio-visual system worked perfectly for our meeting. The hot bread was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My filet was cooked perfectly. The deep fried brussel sprouts were amazing. I hope... More

We are fortunate to have wonderful friends who live in Charleston and dine out frequently. Therefore we are taken to many great places and this was one of them. Great signature cocktail menu and many fine wine selections. Must try buttermilk fried oysters appetizer. We enjoyed the lamb chops, duck and NY strip steak, finishing it all off with a... More

The best espresso martini in the WORLD!!!! But I must say we ask for it with a little less kahula so it's not as sweet! If you have not had this, I would drive down from georgia just to have it! Simply amazing! Very high class place, lovely atmosphere, not really for kids. Older atmosphere.

Oh my...the brunch on Sunday is amazing! We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary so they treated us to champagne to start the meal. I had the fried oysters florentine, my first time eating oysters by the way, if all oysters are like these, I'm a lover! The poached eggs on my and my husband's hash were perfectly cooked. We... Wonderful meal. Had the portabella fries - needed just a tiny touch of salt, but were outstanding. Meal was delicious -- brussel's sprouts are next level! Drinks well made, atmosphere amazing, live jazz band in bar area that was just the right touch, not too loud or rowdy to enjoy meal conversation, but great addition to the experience. Service was... We had a group of about 30 and we had 3 items to choose from. The restaurant is beautiful and we were in our own little room. Several folks ordered the burger and asked for medium well to well done. They all came our rare-medium rare. One lady was put off by how rare it was and asked for chicken... More

This place really blew me out of the water. When I made the reservations using OpenTable, I asked for a table out of the high traffic area. We were given a booth in a corner out of the way so we could see everything going on in the restaurant and with a wonderful view of the street, too. The food... More

Beautiful restaurant downtown with great food, super waitress and good bar area. Waitress went out of her way to find raspberries for wife's dessert.
