High Steppin' Lowcountry Living. It's a feeling of warmth and celebration that begins the moment you step inside. You'll find it in our gracious, knowledgable servers, expertly prepared dishes and a remarkable cocktail and wine program.

From conversation and laughter in our bar to our stylish dining rooms of heart pine floors and antique brick, you'll come to understand true Charleston hospitality. That is, there's always cause for celebration - of our neighbors, our food and drink and each other. It's our great pleasure to share it with you.

Expensive but delicious

As part of our hotel reservation at the French Quarter Inn, my husband got us a $50 gift card to use at one of the Hall Management Group restaurants (High Cotton or Slightly North of Broad) The two restaurants are literally across the street from one another. We often eat at SNOB across the street and love the food and atmosphere there. This restaurant is run by the same group and gets excellent reviews, so we decided to give it a try. We started out with a couple of drinks that were good. I ordered the red fish and my wife had tuna. We ordered a nice... More

I don't think we'll ever have an omelette that delicious. Additionally the seafood crepes were outstanding. Everything we had was wonderful. On the pricier side, but if you want to dine there, lunch/brunch is a great less expensive option.

Went here to celebrate our anniversary. We both ordered the filet which honestly wasn't that good. I didn't think you could mess up a choice cut like filet. The service was good and the cocktails we had were good as well.

I chose High Cotton for my birthday dinner as we had not yet tried it. Our server, Kelsey, was exceptional. The food was great and everything about the meal made me anxious to come back. The tuna and filet were both terrific and you have to try the orange souffle.

Had a wonderful dinner Jan17. For restaurant week. Atmosphere was alive! Our server 'Evan' was a delight..and was very gracious to some of the not so nice , somewhat rude people at our table. Great job! The beet salad was amazing. We are local..and no there are no shortages of restaurants theses days. I will gladly return ..for the food... More

High Cotton's Seafood Crepes were the perfect mixture of fresh seafood, mornay sauce and a bright, sharp garnish.

I've been looking forward to eating here and decided to try during restaurant week. The area is very convenient to public parking. Made a reservation for a couple "date night" and got a nice table for four in the middle of the dinning room. The overall atmosphere was nice. It was dark, not too noisy, and I did not feel... More
