Everything is top notch at this restaurant. This is an elegant restaurant serving great food. Waiters are very knowledgeable. Atmosphere is relaxing - jazz ensemble playing. Worth going to - keep in mind it is pricey.

A top notch dining experience. Of course you will pay the price for this experience as well but you know that going in. Service and food was excellent. Lots of attention. Also a great Jazz Band plays in the corner for extra added ambiance. Make reservations early to get your desired time. The filet mignon melted in our mouths.

Its been a little while since I've been to the Charleston Grill, and each time I go, usually with my wife, we ask ourselves why we don't go more frequently. I had an early dinner with a young friend who had celebrated his 16th birthday the week before. I had called and asked Mickey Bakst (GM and wonderfull host) for... More

Our whole dinner experience was wonderful. We were seated in a romantic table, sitting next to each other looking out. Contemporary music was being played by a father and son on keyboard and violin. The food was delicious! I had the mozzarella and tomato salad and shared the rib-eye with my husband. Glad we did because the portion would have... More

This was our engagement dinner and the staff were so awesome! Everyone from the hostess, our server, and even the bread server knew and congratulated us. Our server knew the menu and made excellent recommendations. The food was truly top quality, creative but familiar at the same time. This is fine dining as it should be. Sophisticated but friendly. Dessert... More

Service is outstanding and this restaurant is part of the hotel Decor is very English porions huge so ask for half portions. I had steak with a red wine jus which you could have cut with a spoon . My starter was buffalo cheeses soo soft delicate but again even the starter was enough for 2 Brits .

Another of Charleston's fine restaurants. Great setting. Violin and guitar combo played lovely Jazz favorites. Great service. Spectacular salad for my wife. And her flounder was great. This is definitely a five star restaurant deserving an excellent rating, but my pork chop was highly recommended by the waiter and was tough and fatty. The manager noticed that I was not... More

An elegant atmosphere and congenial staff welcomed us to the Charleston Grill. I enjoyed an appetizer of fresh mozzarella, and a main course of venison, both of which were incredibly fresh, delicious and creative in their preparation, as well as elegant in presentation. I was especially touched that, when a gentleman, presumably of the management, overheard me saying that I... More

We had an evening of the best of everything: (i) the chef was on his/her game, as the food, from salads and appetizers to the fish main courses, were not to be improved upon; (ii) the service could not have been better, and (iii) to top it all off, it was encased in live Latin jazz group who, even if... Our group of 4 all agreed - SUPERB. I AM in my 60s from Australia, my girlfriend too and from Montana our two dinner guests, locals in their 30s. The service, the decor the details the touches; it doesn't get better,. Even the sides of ochre and cauliflower were memorable. Between us we had the Flounder, the Ribeye, the scallops... More
