My wife and I were staying at the Charleston Place for a long weekend and we read some reviews of this restaurant and decided to make a reservation. We were greeted with such class at the hostess stand. We were seated right in front of the Jazz band playing and it was not too loud so still very enjoyable. The... More

We have enjoyed fine dining all over the world, but Charleston Grill wins the trophy. Every dish was superb from the poached fish to the lacquered duck, and the desserts were beyond compare. I may even start with dessert next time! W will never miss an opportunity when visiting Charleston again to visit Charleston Grill.

Charleston Grill offers excellent service and consistently very good food in a relaxed, comfortable environment. The wine list offers very good options. Consider staying at Charleston Place , (convenient to everything), with a AAA card you can receive a $50 dinner credit. Lot's of great restaurants in Charleston and this is one of them.

We dined here on Friday night and had a wonderful experience. We had a cozy banquette for two right next to the live jazz. Service was excellent. Our waitress was able to make some great recommendations - we mixed it up across the four menu categories. First, you must get the crab cake. It was better than anything I've had... More

My wife and I decided to spend a little more on a nice dinner and Charleston Grill was the place we chose. We were not disappointed!! Everything from the time we entered until the time we left was picture perfect, the service was phenomenal, and the food was even better. The live jazz playing softly only added to the wonderful... A friend and I visited Charleston Grill on a Sunday night in early May for dinner. The restaurant is located within Charleston Place, so we window-shopped at Gucci on our way in. We made 8:30PM reservations two days earlier directly with the Charleston Place concierge, which is highly recommended. We were not sure what the dress code was and neither... More

Sit in the banquette. I had the filet mignon, my wife had the roasted cauliflower (spectacular) and grilled salmon. The food is delicious and not terribly expensive when you factor in the entertainment. The music might seem a little too loud if you are sitting in front of the band. The banquettes are slightly sheltered from the music and allow... More
