OMG!

Great experience. Our Server Steve was friendly and knowledgeable! The meal was and exquisite Pecan encrusted Mahi-Mahi, but the highlight was the decadent Red Velvet cake. A Must have!

If I would have died and gone to heaven the night I dined at Magnolias, I would have died a very happy person! Put Magnolias on your list of restaurants to try in Charleston. You will not be disappointed.

When you go out for a special occasion (in this case my wife's birthday), you hope for good food, good service, good atmosphere and prices that are consistent with the quality of the meal and the experience. Magnolias gets very high marks on all of these. The atmosphere was lovely- a hopping bar area if you wish or, in our... More

We chose this restaurant because of it's look", and we made a great choice. Not only is the dining experience most lovely, the food is most delicious. The service meet the food high taste, and we were delighted with the entire evening. Call well in advance for a reservation because this is a popular dining spot.

Great menu and great food. Service was really good, friendly and helpful. I would definitely eat here again. I had eaten here at least 10 years earlier and was pleased that it had not changed!

Wow, we were super satisfied at magnolias. We got the mixed shellfish and grits and the twin fillet carpetbagger with crispy fried oysters. What a great meal yum, yum, yum. Our waitress Kaitlyn was fantastic and the service was excellent. Just one outstanding experience that we will go back to visit.

This was our first visit to Magnolia's - but it will not be our last. The service was excellent, prompt without being overbearing. The food was outstanding. My wife finally had her first taste of perfectly prepared Southern Fried Chicken and my Stuffed Flounder was mouth watering. The Fried Green Tomatoes were absolutely delicious as was the She-Crab Soup! Everything... More

We went to Magnolia during lunch time. Though it is a classic Charleston place and the food was decent I find the environment too loud. Both food and service were good (as it is always in all the places we visits in Charleston). I had green fried tomato with catfish and it was well prepared. Maybe because the place is... More

THE FRIED GREEN TOMATOES over grits. Almost left Charleston without coming here to eat them. Phew. The BBQ Pulled Pork was also fantastic. My friend had the shellfish over grits and loved it. The service was also great. I just wish we had time to enjoy some cocktails with my meal. It was a quick stop before rushing to the... More
