Delicious!

Fantastic food, sweet tea and service! There are so many great restaurants in Charleston, but this is one we visit EVERY time we come to town! The shellfish over grits and fried chicken breast were outstanding!

With so many outstanding restaurants in Charleston, it was hard to choose but several locals suggested Magnolia's and it did not disappoint. We had reservations and were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and answered all of our questions. We had the peanut hummus because it sounded intriguing and it was delicious. My friend had the pulled pork and I... More

We had heard of the restaurant and wanted to try it. They had the best sweet tea and the homemade pimento was wonderful ! Loved the service and all the food was great!

We went to Magnolias with our family of five on our first night in Charleston. It's an upscale, southern cuisine restaurant. Elegant resort attire is what you'll encounter mostly but we observed a wide range. Service was prompt and professional albeit a bit snooty. The food was very good, sometimes great. A caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes and pesto was... More

Awesome food and friendly service. Loved the pimento cheese and very good crab cakes. Also very good Long Island teas! Worth the visit!

Great food and bar drinks although a bit pricey. Two appetizers, two bloody marys and a mimosa and our tab was over $70. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the AC because just wondered in while walking downtown and weren't dressed for the restaurant nor did we have a reservation. The pimento cheese and pita crackers was really good... More

Absolutely outstanding! We used trip advisor to find this place when looking for a unique place to have lunch. It Has a very upscale feel when walking in, which made me a little nervous it was going to be one of those big price, little portions kind of place. When I mentioned that to our server she just laughed! I... More

I have dined here a few times and it is very impressive, but not my first choice for romance. Don't get me wrong, their menu is splendid; I just prefer the atmosphere of one of their neighbors. This would be more of a "welcome to the firm" dinner establishment than a Valentine's dinner spot for me. I am sure many... More

Blue crab bisque delicious! Parmesan Crusted Flounder w/Jasmine Rice to die for just as my friend, a resident of CHS, told me. I am a frequent traveler and like fine dining. Magnolia's is right up there on my list. Cozy with tablecloths and we sat up front by the windows which was lovely. Great menu!!

I was very happy with the service and food. Found the restaurant a little noisy for dinner but the food and service made up for it. Reservations recommended but we were able to squeeze in a late lunch.
