We visited 82Queens on 5/22/2013. We had a nice lunch there. After lunch we were preparing to leave the restaurant and my wife needed to go to restroom. As she stepped into the restroom she instantly fell to the floor. The floor was wet and slippery, there was no way to avoid the fall. She was afraid because she'd just... More

While our server was quite nice, he had too many tables assigned to him. There are two parts to the outside courtyard...one has twinkling lights and is lovely in ambiance, the other (where we sat) looks like someone's backyard. Plain and pushed together. (Cheesy) I do NOT recommend bacon in the carmel sauce over pecan pie; that is just too... More

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious meal at 82 Queen during our annual trip to Charleston, SC this month. We were seated in the courtyard at a somewhate private table for two. While the table was in a high traffic area, at least we were the only table around. I had two items that 82 Queen is known for:... More

A very romantic restaurant with great food and excellent service. The salads and the main course were excellent but the highlight of the meal was the pecan pie with caramel and BACON sauce. This was the first time I had bacon of any sort for dessert, and it was fantastic. There is out door seating which I would recommend.

This establishment is the ultimate southern charm dining experience! Magical courtyard and indoor dining defines the history of what Charleston is all about! Food and service were fantastic and I have to say that the crab cakes were some the best I tried! This place is definitely a must when visiting Charleston!

The courtyard dining is absolutely a charm. Don't walk past this place or you'll miss an exemplary Charleston experience. The crab cakes are superb and the mussels with collard greens and sausage beg an entire baguette to capture every last drop. Service was delightful. Portion sizes just right. A perfectly lovely place for a southern lunch. I can only imagine... More

On a neighbor's recommendation we had lunch while visiting Charleston for the day. It was a breezy day, but the courtyard dining was delightful. The She Crab soup met with it's expectations and the portion sizes were ample for a take home evening snack. No draft beer was a little disappointing, but there were several locally brewed selections that quenched... More

Some friends came into town and suggested we meet them at 82 for lunch on a Saturday. The atmosphere was good and the service was great but the food was not up to par that day. I had she crab soup which was good but I have had much better. I also had the BBQ Shrimp and Grits which was... More
