Stopped in here for a quick bite, they are always busy. Enjoyed the Sweet Potato Cornbread, Tomato Pie, Grits, and the Bacon Pecan Pie. The grits were possibly some of the best I've had and Tomato Pie was very good. The sweet potato cornbread was great and I don't even care for sweet potatoes!! Everyday they bake a pie or... More

Stopped by for breakfast twice during our visit. Inside seating is limited, but it was warm enough to sit outside . Employees are very nice and efficient. The grits are outstanding, the portions generous. The prices are quite reasonable. It will be our place to go in the future.

Stopped for breakfast, afterall it's diner, drive in and dives famous, but it is just tiny spot, so it's hard to enjoy your food. Would suggest sticking with the eggs and grits, the sweets are incredibly sweet

While it looks like a dive form the outside, the breakfast served here is delicious, fast and very well priced.

Had the chicken and waffles and they were good but the pecan pie with BACON!!! Now, that was the deal! Why didn't I think of that!? Small place so tough to get a table when they're busy, which is always.

It doesn't look like much from the outside but I'm glad I made the trip in. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I would definitely go back.

This place is not fancy (in a strip mall near a gas station), but the food is incredible. I like to find places where the local people like to eat, and this place is it. The food is classic southern food. It is tasty and inexpensive. The fried green tomaries, biscuits and tomatoe pie were excellent. My sister had fried... More

So here's the deal... places like this conflict me when writing a review. The food - five stars all the way. It was freshly cooked, well seasoned, and good portions. No question there. The prices I thought were a bit high though. I heard that they have been on some tv shows in the last few years and that most... More
