FIG has become kind of a regular place for my wife and I to eat over the past year. Honestly we would go back for the food again and again. Mike Lata can do things with food that will leave you speechless and begging for more. However, as good as the food is, the service matches it every step of... More

Found the room bland, nothing that we ordered especially tasty. Maybe we came on the wrong night.

The food was good. What turned us off was the $2.00 charge for splitting an appetizer. The claim was that they added extra ingredients. We did not ask them to and it was not a particularly big vegetable salad. They did take it off when I complained. I think it's chintzy especially since this is not an inexpensive restaurant. Including... More

FIG produced - for us - an almost perfect combination of great food, good service and fun ambiance. Charleston SC has a terrific restaurant scene, there are many good places to try. The menu at FIG emphasizes fresh, seasonal, locally produced ingredients. Menu items include meat and seafood. We had swordfish and striped bass the evening we were there -... More

First off our server Wendy was the best! She was a sure delight with her recommendations and her efficiency! The steak tartare was wonderfully prepared as well as the gnocchi ( i order this each time i eat there!) The Jumbo Flounder was creative and delicious! I had the bistro steak that has such an awesome flavor --it can't be... More

A great meal and experience. Foodies will not want to miss this local star. Service, staff, food and drinks all lived up to the restaurant's reputation. It's the kind of place where you want to "lick the plates" when you are finished.

The service was phenomenal! It is best to make reservations. We made reservations and walked right in to our table. Every morsel of food was melt in your mouth delicious. The 9 vegetable, salad, the flounder, and the molasses cake was especially amazing! Stuart did a great job serving us.

Fabulous restaurant! Perhaps Charleston's finest! Exquisite dishes beautifully presented. Don't let the exterior fool you! This is one special restaurant! A must for the true gourmet!

Get your reservations early for this restaurant! It's a great place, great menu, and awesome vibe. Service was great! My boyfriend's steak wasn't cooked to the degree he wanted, so they took it back, and quickly brought out another and waited for him to make sure it was cooked to his liking...without any attitude! Definitely check this out while you're... More
