We ate here for a late lunch and a late brunch. For the lunch, they made us very comfortable while positioning us to view Bill and Hillary Clinton descend the stairs and leave the hotel for the debates that night. They had stayed there the night before. Brunch was one of the best buffets I've had any where.

My daughter and I are still raving about the Lobster Mac 'n Cheese; sharp and flavorful with sweet Maine Lobster meat! We each had a lump crab salad as well, so ample we could not finish, brought them back to our room and enjoyed them as Christmas brunch along with the balance of the bottle of champagne which was graciously... This afternoon I needed a quick place to have a special lunch while my husband was in a meeting. I told the hostess that I was in a hurry and would it be possible to dine and checkout in my allotted time. I was quickly seated at a table with white table linens in a beautiful room facing a courtyard.... More

We went downtown to take a friend shopping and sightseeing. We decided to stop in Charleston Place to check out the Christmas decorations and eat lunch. Hunger led us here. The service is outstanding. Friendly, attentive without intrusion. The food was very good. One warning, the menu leans heavily toward seafood. If that's not your thing this isn't the place... More

You know it's a good place when the locals eat here. The service is top notch and food is amazing. Try the mammoth crab salad...so good and worth it. Great for social, casual and business. Highly recommended!

For a "hotel restaurant" this is an excellent facility. Service approaches perfect, food selection is good, atmosphere is comfortable and classy. Prices are up there, but you can enjoy a nice meal

I had lunch here. The food was very good (9+ out of 10), the ambience was lovely, but the thing that really stood out was the service. The waiter took the time to get to know a little about me (where I was from, why I was visiting), and at the end of the meal provided me a small dessert... More

We were seated immediately, probably because there were few customers. A hostess seated us and told us a waitress would take care of us, but no one came. After 10 minutes and I went back to the hostess to ask for a waitress. I had eggs benedict which were very good. The bill was $52 for two people.

We've dined here many times so this is a long over due review: Simply both for locals and our friends - the favorite spot for a Sat. or Sun.brunch . Also, the best coffee in town!

Expensive. Very good but I'm more of an I-Hop person and this restaurant in the Belmond (where Mom and I were staying for a treat on vacation) is the place to eat breakfast. Very nice setting and on nice weekend days you can sit outside in their courtyard. Their weekend brunch was nice - with coffee, tea and juice included.... More
