Bartenders Make Cocktails Like Maserati Mechanics. Watch These Technicians!!

Visiting from the UK: Fish is a great find. The food was sumptuous (my only regret is that I didn't have time to return) and champagne perfectly chilled. Our waitress recognised one of our party, remembered her previous order from several months ago and provided a very sound recommendation based on her choices last time. She managed the table perfectly,... More

Stumbled on Fish after drinks. Located on King St. Kevin was our server and he started out great making recommendations and explained the dim sum that we had to try so we ordered our drinks and tried the dim sum. The dim sum came out in 4 "bite size" spoons it was tasty but not something I would order again.... More

My daughter and I had an excellent dinner at Fish. It is not one of the "in" places in Charleston and, hence, easier to get a reservation there than some others. The food, however, is every bit as good as the most popular restaurants in Charleston. Seafood with an Asian influence. The assortment of dim sum is excellent and very... More

We were walking along King Street and stumbled upon Fish. Our server Rashad was awesome! He has such a welcoming voice and seemed genuinely interested in how we liked everything. He recommended the calamari, and he didn't disappoint! We also ate the tomato and burrata "petite plate" and shared the Bouillabaise. Everything was awesome! ALSO, the server's assistant was on... Food was very good, and the restaurant is decorated beautifully. Like everything else in Charleston, you need reservations. I had the scallops with coconut rice, and it was delicious. The menu was extremely varied with lots of interesting choices. The dim sum looked great, and others in my party enjoyed it.

During our long weekend in Charleston we ate at some great restaurants but this was one of the best! Our waiter was friendly and helpful. He suggested a great wine to accompany the dim sum and petite plates that we shared. We sampled too many to list but highlights included sweet chili calamari, tomato and burrata, goat cheese panini and... More

Visiting Charleston, we were advised to go to Fish - as it was close to the hotel where we were staying. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant, but the food was good but not great! The menu items is appealing but the execution of the meals missed. Get the calamari as an appetizer and I do recommend the Lobster... More

It's close to being great but missed a little on value and service. First the upside - the Sous Vide Lobster Tail was far and away my favorite lobster ever. I'm not usually a big Lobster fan but this preparation was amazing. The 72 Hour Short Ribs were very good but the serving was not large enough. The Dim Sum... More

We stumbled on this restaurant on our first night in Charleston. There were four of us and all of our entrees were really special. Duck, lobster tail, seafood bouillabaisse and lobster roll. From the nyc area and these entrees were among the best we have had. Can't say enough about the quality of the food
