I was fortunate enough to dine at Fish restaurant with a bachelorette party two weeks ago. I have lived in Charleston for 12 years and never dined at Fish (what is wrong with me)? The service was wonderful; our waitress was very accommodating with my friend's food allergies which is extensive and the food was fantastic as well. The clams... More

when a party of three has been seated before another party of three, the first party seated should be waited on. We were told of the food items and had our water glasses filled but was not asked what we wanted to drink. The table that was seated next to us already had their food and drinks and we hadn't... Rarely have I been to a restaurant so well thought out. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. Its decor is a texture for the eyes, from the cut glass above the bar, to the draped ceiling, to the art work, it felt like you were someplace special. The wait staff was courteous and they timed the courses... More

Fish has been one of our favorites in Charleston since moving here a few years ago, but our experience last night, during Restaurant Week, put it at the very top of our list. We arrived for our reservation and were told the table was not ready, so we decided to hang with our friends at the bar. After a short... More

Ambling along on King St on a muggy Charleston night we spy a very nondescript facade and realize its a restaurant called Fish. Walk in and pleasantly surprised at the ambience of the place; nice bar area with little alcove for a two man band and surprisingly spacious dining quarters and an outdoor patio.my wife and I decide to dine... We stopped here for a drink when we arrived in Charleston. We tried their Dim Sum and calamari. So so delicious. Definitively must come back for dinner.

Food was great, the wine selection was good, but pretty pricey for the the quality. The service was pretty good, not great, but good.

Went for a late dinner after using TripAdvisor mobile app to reserve. Was greeted and seated promptly and started with their Basil Thai Cucumber Smash cocktail, one of the house specialties (excellent). Chose the dim sum appetizer combination - all four of the twelve dim sum selections I chose were very tasty (escargot Rangoon, crab spring roll, pork steam bun... More

Fish was recommended to us by a "foodie" in Beaufort. Her assessment was spot on! We were a party of four, sharing appetizers, but separate entrees. The mingling of French and Asian flavors was refreshing. The bouillabaisse and lobster tail/fried polenta were favorites. Our server was excellent! His wine pairing choices were excellent. Prices were rational, too. All in all... More

Wonderful food accompanied by great wine makes a memorable meal. We were a party of eight and all enjoyed the food and the service in this Charleston restaurant. The snapper was fresh and prepared in a tasty broth, the scallops were cooked to perfection and the quail had an interesting flavor profile. The best were the mussels appetizer cooked in... More
