Bravo on the seating to this restaurant! I get it, when a restaurant wants to see a good review they are hoping it refers to the food....I'll get there. Often the problem with smaller sized restaurants, they try too hard to pack in diners & therefore losing the fine dining effect by crowding tables together to the point one would... More

My wife, Son and Daughter-in Law had a terrific dinner on a Saturday night. During Restaurant week. Upper King street was hopping Saturday night. We had reservations for 6:40pm. The parking was really tough. Dropped the girls off and ventured out looking for a parking spot. Oh Well. The dinner was perfect. I had Swordfish, My son had the tile... More

Restaurant Week Review: Well, we have survived the Dawn Wall of Restaurant Week, I think. I've gained two pounds but have learned where to go when our guests come to town. Last night we drove (yes, we had to get in the car and find a parking place) to Fish at 442 King Street. We liked that Fish made the... More

Visited Saturday night during restaurant week and it was obvious that it was very busy. Food was good (scallops and bouillabaisse) but service was really inconsistent throughout the night. Enjoyed that Fish (unlike other restaurants) don't create a separate/ smaller menu for Restaurant Week but instead allow diners to sample the regular menu.

We managed to book a table for New Years Eve and it was one of the best meals we've ever eaten. The staff were so incredibly friendly and professional. The decor was lovely. Discounted champagne was a real treat. But the food - wow! It sounded great on the menu, looked even better on the plate and tasted out of... More

Fish's talented chef has created interesting, delicious, and refreshing big and small plates with enough diversity to satisfy almost everyone. The dim sum selection was unique and exceptionally tasty. Tuna tartare was also an exception dish. The beer and wine offerings were very good. We shared several other excellent dishes and enjoyed them all with one exception; the bacon fries... More

We spent New Year's Eve at Fish and were generally pleased. The food was very good with a delicate touch. The choices were an interesting combination of French and Asian. The Wine List was long and reasonably priced. They even offered a discount on Champagne for the holiday. Charleston restaurants in my experience have been quite pricey, Fish was a... More

Without a doubt one of the best finds in this city. Great food, great atmosphere, excellent wait staff all add up to a great time. And the half price on bottles of wine on Sun., Mon, and Thurs. adds to the offerings.

does not look much from the outside but warm and surprisingly spacious inside. A fusion of Asian and American cuisine which works really well. We enjoyed the special - the portions were well balanced and the fragrant coconut rice very delicious. We booked quite late in the day but got a table although the restaurant was pretty lively, with a... More

We were a party of four. My husband and I shared the cheese plate as a starter. Good selection with some delicious apricot/onion jam. We ordered different fish dishes which were very good. My brother-in-law ordered the dim sum selection as his main course and really enjoyed it. The restaurant was a bit loud but is in a nice setting.
