We went there with a table full of teenage girls...ending up being swept away with the world cup frenzy...we laughed and had a blast. They were out of many choices (because of large world cup crowds they said) but we had fun anyway and had some good food. The place was clean and loud...service was sluggish but come on! It's... We stopped on a hot day for tea and a light lunch. We ordered appetizers for lunch, food was good. Service was very SLOW and when she took my CC to pay she somehow made a mistake and had to get the manager to reprint a copy for me to sign. The total on this copy was $4.00 more than... More

We were looking for a simple bite to eat and true to its name, there's drinks and pub style food. The service was okay, considering there were not too many people there. I had a basic salad and the spouse had a Greek salad. Nothing special but not bad, either. Decent value but not my first...or second choice for a... More

If you like to sit among a lot of mouth drunken college students and listen to blaring music so loud you cannot carry on a normal conversation then this is the place for you, not me. The fish n chips were the worst I've ever had. The sauce that came with it tasted sour or even spoiled. The only consolation... More

We stopped in by the flying of the Chicago bears flag, and was greeted by friendly bar staff, and great drink prices. We went back on Sunday to catch the Jacksonville game. Don't walk by, stop in for a drink

Sat down and eventual was not greeted by the waitress, she breezed by taking long enough drop the menus on the table. There was no friendly salutation. Food was very good, beer was the usual bar fare but a nice variety and equally good. A good value in the Market Street area without the tourist crowd.

Trying to stay away from the fancy places on Mother's Day we popped into Mac's for lunch. Being sports fans we really enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciated the televisions so that we could watch the game. My husband had the chicken wrap sandwich which he said was fantastic and figured it had nearly a half a pound of chicken in... More

We were innocently walking down E Bay street and looking for a place to get out of the wind when we found Macs. A great, friendly place, with plenty of sports stuff on the walls. Its especially great if you're from Chicago!! We talked and imbibed and and generally enjoyed ourselves immensely......I can just imagine it during major sports events...crowded... More

False advertisement on the menu for specials and not great service. Food was ok for bar food. Wouldn't waste my time there.

As I turned the corner and seen that gorgeous Blue and Orange C I knew I was home. An Irish Chicago bar in the middle of downtown, heaven. Food was incredible as well. Stuffed pretzels, mind blowing. Must try fo sho!
