Great spot in charleston. Went multiple times during my stay. Delicious breakfast and coffee and just as good to stop in for dessert and a cocktail! Awesome staff and clearly a local's favorite.

We stumbled upon this quaint Cafe after a day of exploring Charleston. The staff was very friendly and we felt free to stay as long as we liked. We each got a coffee drink and they were delicious. This experience leads to the desire to go back and try the food, the next time I visit.

The East Bay Meeting House is located in the French Quarter. This establishment is reminiscent of a French café and offers a good but limited selection of items for breakfast, lunch, and small plates after 4:00 p.m. Fresh baked goods, espresso drinks, wine, beer, and spirits are also available. The place is very nicely appointed and the atmosphere is very... More

Stumbled upon this place late at night while walking in Charleston- it had such a pleasant atmosphere, like a French cafe or bar. Small sidewalk tables are nice for people watching. The food was fresh and generous portions considering they were tapas style. Great place for a casual lunch, or in our case a late night snack. Will visit again... More

This place was quaint, the bartender and staff were friendly. Enjoyed my cafe mocha and sitting at the bar talking to girlfriend and her family. The bartender made suggestions for other dinner spots in the area. Would definitely visit this place again when in Charleston.

I would love to leave a review on the quality of food, but am unable to do so due to the baristas social intolerance. My wife and I decided to stop in for an iced latte shortly after touring the exchange building. We had spent the previous four days visiting this wonderful city with it's charming historical structures, hospitable and... More

Our favorite place for espresso martini after dinner. Lunch was delicious. Appetizers very delicious. And you have to try chocolate cake.

Visited the East Bay Meeing House on our final day in Charleston while looking for a quick and easy lunch. The place looks OK from the outside and my girlfriend had been on a previous visit and really enjoyed it. First thing that she said when we walked through the door was 'this place has changed', and it appears that... More

Awesome, awesome, awesome. We went on a late Sunday morning before the shops on King Street opened. We wanted to just sit and enjoy the morning, and it was perfect for this. We sat outside, and ordered a mimosa (wife), espresso (me) and an apple juice (daughter). We were glad they had outdoor seating, because it was classy and quiet... More
