Courteous service and good food.

Great food and service. I tried the local firefly vodka (try once to decide - not a return for me) and the waiter explained how locals would drink it (drowned in lemonade). The shrimp and grits, Charleston's signature dish was delicious and so were the oyster. Service, prompt, courteous and helpful.

My son and a friend ate breakfast here before leaving for a golf day. They mentioned that the restaurant's food was better than usual in hotels.

This was our last night here and decided to eat in the restaurant since our guys were coming back from fishing late. We didn't want to sit in the restaurant per say and the 3rd floor bar was pretty windy. We decided to set in the verandah just outside the restaurant and not knowing if they would serve us dinner... We have eaten here often when we stay at the hotel: It is a very attractive restaurant, with a friendly staff. I have not had a bad meal here, and we've probably eaten a dozen. The chef does a great job with fish, and the flatbreads are outstanding: Philllip, the bartender makes a great old-fashioned. Cheers!

I had the halibut which was overcooked but still good. The service was very slow. For the price I expected better. Many restaurants in the his town which offer better value.

We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant over our five-day stay. The food was great, the service was even better. Highly recommended.

The food is good for hotel food. I especially like the Oyster Po'boy sandwiches. The breakfast was OK and decent prices for a hotel. Great coffee.

Had the Fish Tacos.. was just the right amount. You have to expect hotel bars/restaurants will cost a little more. My wife had a flat-bread pizza and with 2 drinks the cost was $35.

During a recent stay at the hotel we (wife and myself) decided to have our evening meal in the restaurant. We started with an appetizer of the Meat & Cheese Board for I think $10. It was a combination of different cheeses and bread and quite tasty, served on a small platter. Our main Entree consisted of the grilled Ribeye... More
