BRUNCH with a punch

Brunch time. Yeah, not crowded, prices are fair. Portions are pretty good. Potatoes are not out of a box. Would do again. Was the only place open for business on a Sunday morning that did not have a 30 min wait.

We stopped here because of the 4.5 stars and raving reviews. The omelet was decent. The pancakes my husband ordered were okay. The potatoes were ice cold. The coffee was okay. Overall, it was an okay stop. We were in and out quickly.

We went in on Sunday for breakfast/brunch. Had a short wait. Seated and served quickly. Great choices for lunch and breakfast. From good old country cooking to a little fancy. Will definitely go back.

Came to visit this little café on Ashley River (hwy 61) in Charleston SC. When we arrived the cafe had a little of a while which is a good sign too me of good food! So me and my friend ordered the "special" which consisted of two eggs, bacon, grits, and a biscuit and I also ordered a side of... More

I have been here for breakfast and lunches. Every meal has been great. The crab and corn soup is excellent. Get the eggs benedict.Portions are big and hot when served. It does lack a ploch interior but the local neighborhood interior makes up for that. In fact you go here for it. order the house breakfast if you have a... More

On our frequent trips to Charleston, we always like experiencing new places. It was Trip Advisor reviews that brought us to the Sunflower Cafe for our first time, and glad we came! Server Kristie made us feel most welcome, and provided great service! My husband loved his Filet, Mushroom & Boursin Cheese Omelette, and I enjoyed my Eggs Benedict. The... More

We stopped by the Sunflower Cafe on our way home from Charleston, as we weren't sure of any good brunch places in the area. We were very pleased with our experience. The food was well prepared, and despite them accidentally giving me grits instead of potatoes, I soon realized the grits were delicious. So, they may have changed my mind... More

We have had good experiences following suggestions from Trip Advisor, so we're not sure what happened here. My husband was excited to try the spicy eggs benedict, and I was just looking for a typical eggs and meat breakfast. When we walked in, there was a smell that I can only describe as bathroom-like in nature. My husband thinks it... More

Went to this restaurant due to a recommendation from a friend whose daughter lives in Charleston. It was a drive from downtown but totally worth it. The food was great!! Breakfast is served during their entire opening hours. I got an omelet and my husband got the best sandwich in Charleston. Yum yum sums it up!!! Definitely worth the drive.
