Wonderful eggs and omelettes. Also, the biscuits (being that Charleston has great low-country food) were delicious and huge. Make sure you have one. Also, they have a great selection of mimosas. Overall, a good brunch place in a perfectly central location.

We visited Toast for breakfast on a recent stay in Charleston. The food and overall experience was so great that we went back the next morning. The apple French toast was especially good. Our server, Emily from Arkansas, was very pleasant and attentive. We visit Charleston several times a year and will make Toast one of our regular stops!

Our first morning in Charleston and we stopped in at Toast for breakfast. We were greeted by a very friendly young man who seated us. Our order for the double, "Eggs Meeting Street" & was taken by our excellent waitress Deborah! The food was good, not excellent, more like average, but we don't have any complaints.

Long line, but short (10-15 min) wait for 2 people, longer for larger groups. Tried grits for the first time, I think. Not for me, but they were creamy and tasty.

After several mornings of hotel breakfasts I wanted a more local flavor. Toast was perfect. The food was good and plentiful.
