We were there for a private party on the second floor. Space was a bit tight for a group of our size. Food was presented well and courses were evenly spaced from a time perspective. Grouper was much better than expected but the scallops were a bit small.

The location offered an Interesting setting, an old house with each room a different dining room. the menu was fresh featuring many local seafood options. It was all that we had hoped for. Oh, and if you're in the mood, very romantic.

Wonderful ambiance and great selection/menu. Loved my gnudi and the others in our party each enjoyed their entrees as well. Would be an excellent anniversary or date night location. Would go back again!

If you have the opportunity while in Charleston, SC stop in. This 1850's era home that once was owned by a dentist is a wonderful place to enjoy good food and good wine. My wife and I both ordered the Grouper (menu and special) and both were fantastic. We dined upstairs where we were alone, but the bar looked like... More

A-Muse yourself in this charming historical home with great service and the best grilled calamari this side of the Atlantic Ocean. We also enjoyed the spinach gnudi and celebrated our find with prosecco. Cheers!

this place has a lot of character. went for a couple drinks before going to a fancy dinner elsewhere but ended up enjoying my time here more! bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable, other couples at the bar were similarly congenial which made for a fun atmosphere. didnt have anything to eat but the place was packed with dining parties!

We have eaten in most of the restaurants in Charleston and wanted something different and fun. The Muse hit the spot. We tried many specials that were unusual but wonderful. The peach tomato soup hit the spot for a summer dinner. The service was fabulous and our waiter suggested perfect wines with our meals. The atmosphere was cozy and it... More

I don't like seafood so this place seemed to have a decent choice of non-seafood meals. We arrived a few minutes early on what was apparently a slow night. We were shown to a table on the upper floor in a room by ourselves. First one person came to the table and then a different person - we were never... More

Muse was very convenient to my hotel so this is how we picked this restaurant for dinner. We were very happy with the service-our waiter was fantastic. The food was delicious... especially the bruchetta, which was a special that night. The steak was cooked to perfection and the wine list was very nice.
