We were really looking for brunch, but we missed it, so we ended up eating lunch. I had the pulled pork sandwich that came with sweet potato fries and blue cheese cole slaw. It was just okay. The fries were kind of undercooked, and just not great. The coleslaw was decent. My husband had the she-crab soup, which was good... More

Some locals from Charleston recommended Virginia's and we were pleasantly surprised with the food. It's authentic southern "comfort" food and it was delicious. It's kind of a hole in the wall location but if your in the area it's worth a stop

Upon the advice of hotel staff in the area, we visited Virginia's for breakfast. It is a quaint restaurant with a homey atmosphere. We found the food good and staff friendly and accommodating.

We did not want to walk too far as it was so hot. The receptionist recommended this restaurant for traditional Southern food and we were not disappointed. We ate there for both evenings and breakfasts as the menu was so delightful and interesting. The breakfast choices were amazing. My son went for the eggs benedict; was a feast. I had... More

Must try the She-Crab Soup. Went here for lunch on a Thursday, staff was very attentive. Ordered She-Crab soup and fried green tomato BLT. Food was good, reasonably priced, and service was quick.

Second time visiting Charleston and longed to return to Virgina's. I stopped in for breakfast and lunch. The food was always great. If an adjustment was needed the staff fixed it. Pay Virginia's a visit and remember to ask for a warm biscuit.

.... well that did not stop us from having a really good meal Sunday morning. The coffee was a great starter, it held up to the cream without being bitter (for this, my husband was in heaven!). For the table we tried the okra with the spicy aioli and loved that. My daughter had the shrimp po'boy and a huge... More

This is a great restaurant in a great location, right on King Street across the street from Marion Park. We were looking for a hearty Southern breakfast and a great atmosphere and this was it. We ordered the country-fried steak and eggs and a side of pancakes and the strawberry banana stuffed french toast. Both meals were exquisite. The steak... More

Had to look up the name of the place, that's how memorable it was. I was here for breakfast with my daughter on the last day of Finals week, so I expected it to be busier. we were one of two tables filled when we got there at 8 or so. It smelled very bad inside, for one. Now, this... More
